This hotel is located near many of Jinghong's attractions including Xishuangbanna Jinuo Mountain Rainforest Hiking, Jinuo Mountain Bapo Village Rainforest Hiking and Xishuangbanna Jin Pulin Manor. 完全超出意外的好！剛裝修完的新酒店，設備設施都超級好。酒店有停車場，大廳有咖啡廳，還有投影電影看，房間巨大，空調智能馬桶智能開關窗一應俱全，四星以上的裝修標準。老闆老闆娘非常熱情大氣，山上是自家的茶場咖啡場，下面是自家的咖啡工廠，請吃甘蔗黃瓜，適逢過年老闆還給準備煙花給孩子們玩。有機會肯定還要回來住。

The environment of the inn is very good, the boss is warm and hospitable, everything meets our requirements, and we have upgraded the room type. The cats and dogs in the inn are also very cute. The first choice for parent-child couples to travel by car, what we didn’t expect is that the boss will repair the car. In the morning, the car suddenly broke down and the boss couldn't catch fire for a few minutes. I had to boast about the all-powerful boss. I must go to live again if I have the opportunity. 😊

The innkeeper was very enthusiastic. We originally booked two double bed rooms. The innkeeper said that there was a wave of guests who lived in the first two days and it was noisy. He took the initiative to help us change to two standard rooms on the other side of the 2nd floor. The small garden of the inn is beautiful, breakfast is cheap and delicious, and it is very convenient to go to Wild Elephant Valley.

GGuest UserThe community has good facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. However, the weather has been cold recently and the swimming pool is temporarily closed. The room was comfortable. The beautiful landlady was very interesting. She made appointments for coffee and tea when she had nothing to do. The service was not deliberate. After staying here, I felt like getting along with family members.

PpinkrippleThere is free pick-up from the airport, and there is a shuttle bus for visiting Gaozhuang. It is very convenient and the service is very good. There is also a swimming pool on the roof, and the environment is very good, especially the night view. The breakfast is generally good, with quite a lot of variety. I really like their rice noodles. The laundry room is a bit run down, so if there's nothing special about it, try not to use it.

GGuest UserWe came during the National Day holiday. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite for free. The room is super large and you can see the whole scenery of Gaozhuang. It has a unique style and is also very quiet. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows really have a sense of atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was blocked due to the epidemic I was isolated inside, but I also met a lot of new friends. The boss and his wife are also super nice. They guarantee our daily necessities every day, and share with us the delicious and delicious food. In the evening, everyone sits in the lobby and plays poker together♠️ The time is very happy, adding a lot of joy to the boring and silent life, (ps: don’t stare at the proprietress! hhhh) Although this trip did not appreciate all the beautiful scenery and food in Xishuangbanna, it is indeed in this place It is also a special journey to meet friends from all corners of the country. I will come to Xishuangbanna again when I have a chance next time. I will continue to choose Baima Hotel as the best choice. It’s really great. JJeffreyPRXishuangbanna Jinghong Jimu River View Hotel is amazing! Located along the riverside, it offers the perfect viewpoint for sunsets and evening views. You can see the bridge across the Mekong River and the buildings on the opposite shore, beautifully lit with colorful lights—a truly breathtaking sight. The hotel is also close to street food vendors and food/fruit shops just below the building. The night market is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making this location ideal.
The facilities and services, including A/C, a tea kettle, hair dryer, swimming pool, airport pickup, breakfast, slippers (changed daily!), towels, washing machine (this surprised me!), toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue paper, and more, are excellent—better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s essentially a smart hotel! There’s a Xiaodu AI (like Google Alexa or Siri) to help you manage room functions such as opening/closing curtains, turning lights on/off, and controlling music—it's so innovative! However, it currently only supports Mandarin. The bathroom features an automated toilet with self-flushing, a heated seat, and an automatic bidet. One thing to note is that there is no door or partition between the toilet/bathroom and the bedroom, so it’s an open design. If you’re sharing the room with friends or others you don’t know well, be mindful of this for privacy.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, although their English is limited. They do their best to use translation tools, which is appreciated and works fine.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, so if you want to enjoy it, an early wake-up is necessary, haha! The food is simple and leans more towards Chinese style rather than Western, with options like noodles, cakes, stir-fried vegetables, soy milk, fresh milk, and watermelon.
Overall, I rate this hotel 10/10! The few minor points I mentioned are easy to overlook, and the price is affordable and reasonable. You won’t find another hotel like this anywhere else! Don’t hesitate to make this hotel a memorable part of your trip—you won’t regret it!

DDhanya KimberleyI booked 2 hotels in this area, for half of the week each. I had chosen them both due to their pools and beautiful looking rooms/facilities.
The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my messages on WeChat. However, they admitted it was their first time having non-Chinese guests and there were various issues that they needed to improve. The tea ceremony left my parents confused, as there was no translation tool used, and very little explanation as to the session. In other situations, I have had tea ceremonies that involve explanation of how the tea is made, how it should be drunk, what sort of people drink this type of tea etc. (To overcome the disappointment of this, we were gifted a pack of the delicious tea however).
We selected this hotel based on the pool facilities mostly and were very disappointed to arrive to dirt-filled pool water that had branches and other debris inside. The staff were very apologetic and explained the recent storms caught them unawares. However, little action was taken to clean the pools until I raised this matter. When we went to the second hotel of my choice, they had more pools, all of which were clean and full of water, even though the same storm would have hit them.
The photo shoot was great, and the photographer was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the seating area was nice. We did not use the sitting area within the pool section however, due to the dirty pool etc.
The breakfast was only served to us on our first day, and then a buffet on the second day. For us, we personally preferred the buffet so that we could select our portion sizes ourselves.
I think over time, the staff will become more confident with foreign guests and this resort will be greatly enjoyed.

BBenjamin Sch.We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it.
Pro:
The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”.
+ The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort
+ Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast
+ The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days).
+ Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it
Cons:
General:
- The service level was not good at many places of the hotel:
- No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage
- No shuttle service to public spaces
- In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week)
- The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning
- The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture)
The pool service is poor for many reasons:
- You cannot order any food or drink at the pool;
- They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs
- The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat
- The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun
- The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one…
Overall:
We cannot recommend the hotel for higher price, if you get it for low price it’s a good deal but look for some alternative if you can.

The whole style of Sky Beauty Hotel is white-themed! The lobby on the first floor
There are many places to take pictures, with a Turkish and Greek style
The facilities in the room are quite complete, not only with a projector, but also with a terrace, bathtub, etc., which can be said to be high-end equipment. Think about drinking red wine and taking a bath at night, and watching the night view on the terrace before going to bed, it's hin healing, okay!
But the service is really good, and the hygiene is also very good
The room is also pure white! The ins-style decoration is like living in Greece, and the price range is 200 to 700. The cost performance is still relatively high. In fact, the most important thing to have fun when you go out to play! !
The coolest place of this hotel is the top floor. At night
You can take pictures of the pineapple building, which is very photogenic!
It is also great to take pictures of the swimming pool from upstairs.
It feels best to take pictures at night, as if immersed in a beautiful and brilliant dream.
The hotel is also responsible for delivery. If you want to go anywhere, just tell the front desk and they will take you there.

HHuangAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

GGuest UserGreat location within the city area, whit easy access to all the major attractions. Staff generally nice. They kept my bag before check-in as I went to roam the city.
Nice room layout, however lacks in cleanliness and quietness. I have found a sticker of someone's bag from 2021, never been removed from the wall area. My room was facing someone's courtyard and there is also a car park within the hostel.. so not very quiet - can still sleep fine though. Room lighting wasn't great either.
The room itself was ok when I arrived, however was never cleaned in 6 days. I had to put my garbage outside the door to be taken away when full.
Lots of shampoos and stuff in the bathroom to use so you don't need to bring much - I, however, suggest to the staff to have big containers to help the environment instead of travel samples :) You can ask for extra toilet paper if you need. My bathroom was a bit smelly due to poor ventilation and the shower was open so water everywhere, but otherwise ok. I was happy to have a western toilet, especially since some other rooms don't.
Regardless it is a good cheap option for a quick stay, especially if you plan to spend lots of time outside. They have a very nice area on the top with swimming pool, too bad the latter was closed.
