I passed by Jinzhou by chance and stayed at this hotel. I was very satisfied. The newly opened hotel has a bit of decoration smell, it would be better if the windows are opened. The hotel is very clean, the bedding is new, and the pillows are comfortable. The breakfast tastes good and the coffee tastes great. Although Ctrip's Gold Diamond members did not upgrade the room, the smile of the girl Le Yi at the front desk was healing. I always stay at Atour when I go on business trips. This time I was pleasantly surprised. It is the Atour Hotel I am most satisfied with and like the most so far. The whole house is smart, clean and sanitary, and the surrounding facilities are also rich. It is close to the night market. I especially want to mention the reading area. Books can be taken away by scanning the code and returned to Atour in other places. In the past, I had to return books even if I didn't finish reading them, and then go back to buy them. This is very considerate.

GGuest UserBasement Car Park was unbearable, the stench of rotting animals and all sorts! there is an elevator that only goes to the B2 for car park, but staff do not explain this, staff also don't explain the breakfast is on the 22nd floor or explain much else in that matter. hotel is around 1 year old but it feels over 10 years old, taps falling apart, noisy drainage system and AC doesn't work very well. - would not stay here again.

GGuest Userfirst! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible.

MMark FlurryExcellent hotel across the street from a new Wanda Shopping Mall. It's modern, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good serving both western and Chinese style food. The coffee is delicious, and the floor managers give excellent service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time to stay there, but it will not be our last. Oh... The bed is very comfortable. I'm not sure I ever turned over the first night we slept there.

There are traces of spilled liquid on the wall. The doors and windows are droopy and difficult to open and close. The bedside lamp is dim and not bright and there is a broken one. The door lock cannot be locked from the inside. The room facing the street It's very noisy downstairs, there's no soundproofing, and there are children running around in the corridor, which is annoying! The hotel does not have a parking lot, so cars can only be left on the roadside at risk of getting stickers. Is a room over 500 a bit expensive? ?
