Hotel very clean and the environment is very good. The ladies at the front desk are polite and friendly. The room design is elegant and the bedding is really soft and comfortable! Cleaning staff also does a very good job!

It is nearby metro station around 500m away. There is a nearby market where u can get fresh fruits and breakfast at local price. Hotel is clean, room is rather small. Equipped with laundry service at free of charge. Recommended place

From the airport , you can take line 10 (airport line ) then transfer to red line. Yuanjiagang station is 10 mins walk to hotel .
We booked the executive suite with a sitting area which is nice and spacious. Front desk helped us with directions and restaurant choices , and booked the night cruise for our group ! Make sure to go to the night cruise . Well worth it , Chongqing harbour is so beautiful.
Good breakfast choices that caters more for Asian. Breakfast room is spacious and has a beautiful view from 28 floor . Self serve washer and dryer is convenient. The dryer takes about an hr and the clothes are barely dried.
Hotel provides cleaning services daily.

Excellent accomodations. Special mention to receptionist 小唐 and 小余 for the extra mile of help to pick up parcels while we are travelling elsewhere. 10/10!

The room is clean and tidy, with large space, convenient transportation and high cost performance. The service of the front desk lady is very good. When I left in a hurry, I forgot something and the front desk lady enthusiastically mailed it home. Thank you.
