Holiday Inn Johannesburg - Rosebank Reviews

Bed is super comfortable. They provide two type of pillow - soft and firm pillow which is good so you don’t have to deal with neck pain. They have smart TV so you can watch Youtube or Netflix. Room is spacious and clean. You can see Johannesburg city from your room without any other building blocking. The mall is connected with the hotel and the area is still safe for me as solo female traveller to walk around. There is also MCD, KFC and Starbucks nearby if you didn’t want to opt for the breakfast.

Very suitable location / central to Rosebank Mall and lots of restaurants. Just across the road from the Gautrain station. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. The service was very friendly! Underground parking was very convenient and safe.

Great staff

The best choice for business trips. The hotel is in a very good location. It is directly connected to the shopping mall. It has everything you need for food and shopping. It is safe and secure. The sightseeing bus station and subway are at the door, very convenient, recommended

The location was very good with direct access to the mall, it was really a very nice stay. However, the GYM could use more dumbbells and another tower.

There is a pedestrian street outside, which is a bit noisy.

Friendly helpful staff. The hotel is connected to Rosebank Mall which is the biggest convinience, also lots of places to eat just around the corner. The breakfast was not great, There were several options but the quality of food needs improvement.

Perfect location next to Rosebank Mall, Gutrain Station and City Sightseeing Bus starting station. Multiple dining options just outside of the hotel. Nice area for evening stroll. Would recommend.

A pleasant stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was very convenient for my solo travels. Traveling solo and to stay safe in Johannesburg is quite a challenge it seems. Rosebank Gautrain station and city sightseeing bus are just out of the front door.

Very Disappointed with Holiday Inn Rosebank...Torn fitted sheet, Broken toilet seat and flickering downlight in the room and toilet. After room service no towles in the bathroom, after complaining staff behaviour terrible towards us. Looking for manager as per staff no manager available in the weekend.
