Service was okay.  Lady was hard to understand and not real organized as far as knowing my rate. Very clean rooms. Outside was old looking so I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were up to par. Vending & ice machines are there for looks I guess.  They should remove them or replace them. 

The only positive here is the price, no one would choose this otherwise.  Teh furnishings may have been decent in the 1980s but they're worn out, a theme that is constant throughout the interiors and exterior.  So, if price is important, okay but don't expect much else.

I’m here at the Hill Country Inn. Domestic disturbance just ended outside of my room. Water in tub will not drain, moved to another room - not much better. Low end work crews hanging around outside drinking, smoking / joking and doing whatever at 11:30P. Spend the extra $25.00 and get a nicer property. Not a place for your wife, kids and family.
