Location good. Room size enough for a short stay. Room not good for work. Small table. The worst is that hotel will not make up your room everyday. Rooms will be cleaned after every three days of stay. When you ask why your room was not higienized nor cleaned reception personel days it is a new protocol of the hotel chain! And they say that I signed a paper agreeing in that! Inprobably signed but would be nice somebody from reception or reservations or hotel site make it clear. If I knew in advance would never stay on this hitel with such a stupid lack of service of higienization, specially in times of pandemy. No new towels nor cleaning at all! Yes! Belive me! Accor hotels always surpriseme for bad! Never Addagio again!

I liked the hotel and the location. Check-in was a little slow, but the stay was worth it. The room makes excellent use of space, but the ladder on the air bed in the 3-person room hurts your feet a little. They also provided a blanket for the air bed, which is terrible for those with rhinitis. I missed having an exhaust fan in the bathroom and possibly a screen so we could change in more privacy after showering. The shower is by far the highlight. Really really good. I loved the pool in the lobby. As for the fitted sheet, I found the texture a bit strange, reminiscent of something a bit plasticky, and the pillow a little high for me, but I think that's more up to each person and not the experience in general, which was great. I was only more bothered because I couldn't book breakfast through the app and it said there that I could pay R$30 per person separately for breakfast at the reception and they presented me with a price of R$40.

Quality Hotel Jundiai, it's part of our house. Whenever we go to Jundií and where we host, always clean, carefully careful, sympathetic and requesting staff, good breakfast and for us is a great location, easy access to the road, the city centre and is next to a Carrefour and despite It is super silent to be practically the road margin. We recommend it!!

As soon as I arrived, the boy who attended me did not seem to have a good day, not criticizing him pq I know how tiresome it is to attend people, but it was not very pleasant first. The air conditioning is not very strong, even a little noisy, but it refreshs enough. I woke up in the middle of the morning with another room making quite noise, the bathrooms seem to have some connection, as I could even hear the music of the other room. The place is pleasant and comfortable, surely would come back :)

Excellent service, very comfortable room: bed, air conditioning, shower and wi-fi, all right. Breakfast well served in a spacious restaurant. Free parking and with free vacation for everyone. The swimming pool area is good, but we think that by intensive use the water should be better treated.The academy also ... there were no hygiene items and stoves and equipment were full of sweat. The lift is very small and it seems to be an adaptation to an old one, sometimes it didn't work.

I wanted to share the great experience I had today in the Wojo Spot of the Ibis Jundiaí Shopping hotel. This coworking space has a very good structure and WiFi connectivity, but its staff is the best part. I made a reservation at the hotel, reservation no. 624583, with check in day 15 and check out day 16. I booked by the phone and the attendant got a extra bed, as I would stay with my wife and two more children aged 8 and 2 years.
