This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel.

The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

It is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees.

This hotel is right next to the Drum Tower, nestled in the heart of the ancient city. They offer free parking, making it super convenient to get to all the scenic spots. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there are tons of dining options around. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, service, and facilities across the board. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! All in all, it's a trustworthy hotel that I'd definitely choose again.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station's west exit – super close! Getting to the city center by taxi or subway is also a breeze. You can even walk around the station to the original Mixue Bingcheng store, though I heard the queue is notoriously long, so I skipped it. I also heard that Pang Dong Lai will be opening next door in October. I happened to be here during Zhou Shen's concert, so rooms were hard to come by! The room itself was large and clean, and 'Xiao Ka' at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. If I get the chance to visit Zhengzhou again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

I stayed at a fantastic smart hotel during my business trip to Nanyang. You'll understand how smart it is once you've stayed there. Located at the intersection of Renmin South Road, opposite the Morgan Wuyue Plaza, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, and taxis are readily available nearby. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, showing great consideration for guests. The buffet breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious; I personally felt it was better than restaurants outside. The hotel provided welcome fruit for both nights, and a small gift upon check-out. The staff were very polite and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanyang.

The check-in experience was very good. The hotel arranged a quiet south-facing room with complete facilities, clean and sanitary. The breakfast was also very rich. The food delivery robot in the lobby was very convenient. The parking lot was also large with fast charging piles. It was also close to the highway. The service was also good. The front desk check-in was very fast. The lobby staff Wang Jing was also very friendly. Special praise and five-star praise to support it. Recommended!

Come to Kaifeng to play and really dig a treasure homestay! It is very close to Qingming Shanghe Garden, and you can walk a few steps to reach it. You can walk around the surrounding attractions. The large windows of the room have a great view, the courtyard is decorated in an antique style, and the most amazing thing is the foggy koi pool. A large group of fish swims back and forth, and it looks good to shoot casually. The house was cleaned cleanly, and the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Like acquaintances, there was also their own sour plum soup in the store, which quenched their thirst and delicious. Living comfortably and worry-free, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng, I really recommend it!

My stay at Le Méridien Zhengzhou was absolutely perfect. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the artistic flair of Central China, and the lobby's 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' light and shadow display is truly unique. The room was clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offering fantastic views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the local spicy soup for breakfast was delicious. A special thank you to Vivian from the service center, who was patient and meticulous throughout my stay. She was incredibly responsive to my check-in inquiries, proactively and thoughtfully coordinating my needs. When I wasn't feeling well, she even offered warm milk to help me feel better. Her problem-solving was professional and efficient, and her demeanor was gentle and thoughtful. The hotel's location is convenient, and it's well-equipped with a gym and lounge. Overall, the service quality was excellent, and the ambiance was upscale. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhengzhou, highly recommended!
