Today I took my children to stay in the parent-child room in Xinlidu. The room has two beds, one large and one small, with space-themed decoration. The window is not as large as the view room, which does not affect the lighting and ventilation. The parent-child room specially prepared the children's toiletries and slippers, and was given a small badge and a little book. Water bar table two bottles of Yiyun two bottles of Centenary Mountain, this point deserves praise, many luxury hotels also use ice syrup. The front desk is still very enthusiastic, in and out of the face to greet very politely, next to the front desk in the afternoon to evening there is a buffet of fruit drinks and porridge, oranges are not delicious, pears are quite good. Lack of full-length mirrors in the room.

This hotel is right next to Kaifeng Drum Tower, with a pedestrian street nearby. Xiangguo Temple is just a few hundred meters away on foot, and it's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Longting Lake, and other attractions. The location is excellent and very convenient.

The room had a great view, and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, very close to Xigong Xiaojie. We visited the City Balcony, and the subway access nearby was also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy; the butler had prepared it in advance, and any issues were quickly resolved with a quick message, which was excellent. The hotel's hygiene and environment were both great—clean and comfortable. The room size was decent, and it even had a capsule coffee machine. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western, and overall, it was quite good with a rich variety and delicious food, including basic Luoyang specialties. All the staff we encountered provided excellent service; for example, they proactively helped us with our luggage and even asked if we needed assistance with parking, which was incredibly thoughtful. In short, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it. We hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standards.
We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town.
Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide.
The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast.
Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service.
Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

My stay at Huayang this time really gave me a taste of Luoyang's hospitality – it was incredibly warm! They offered station pick-up and drop-off, complete with small gifts (for pick-up, there were warm towels for your hands, tea, and snacks in the car). The driver even shared stories about Luoyang's history, attractions, and tips on what to see and where to eat along the way (give that driver a raise! 🍗).
As soon as the car stopped at the hotel entrance, staff members were already there to help with luggage and bags, leading the way to check-in. The hospitality was just amazing! ❤️ Again, warm towels, tea, and a small gift (a hand-drawn map, phone stand, and wet wipes) were provided. The butler then escorted me to my room, explaining all the facilities, and mentioning that snacks, treats, fruits, and even late-night supper could be ordered via QR code (available every 4 hours).
The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Changshen International (Dazhang) and Wanda Plaza (with Freshippo). I heard they often have sales competitions.
The breakfast spread was very generous, featuring beef soup, tofu soup, Peony Swallow Vegetable dish, braised noodles, and spicy soup, among other things.
The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was also quite good 👍.
Some of the in-room equipment might be a bit dated, but the staff were always quick to resolve any issues you brought to their attention.
I'll definitely be back next time. Thank you to the Huayang staff, especially the young man at the entrance who bowed from afar.

A special thanks to Ms. Carol for letting me be one of the first to experience the room cards featuring the 'Welcoming Pine'. In China, it's generally frowned upon for someone to rest without a clear purpose, but a few days of transit rest is usually tolerated by society. I was able to steal two days away from my social obligations, arriving at the hotel just a ten-minute walk from the high-speed train exit. The breakfast selection was decent, but the different sections were a bit spread out; perhaps adding more signs would help with identification. Due to strong winds, I opted for dinner at the Banyan Pavilion restaurant, and the desserts were absolutely stunning. Any small issues I raised were always addressed thoroughly and promptly. During my stays, there were always conferences and events happening daily, so their business services must be quite robust. Overall, it's a place where you can escape and relax for a few days, exceeding expectations.

Among all the hotels I stayed at in Hunan and Hubei during my week-long Chinese New Year trip, this one in Zhengzhou, the Crowne Plaza, was by far the best! 👍 Everything, from the front desk service to the handling of luggage, truly upheld the standards and service-mindedness you'd expect from a well-established five-star hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Even though I only stayed for one night, I was thoroughly satisfied overall. The cleanliness was also top-notch; the room was spotless and comfortable.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience.
We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending.
As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation.

There are two bath towels in the family room, but no bath towel for children. It is recommended to add a non-slip mat in the shower room. There is no footstool for children to wash their faces and brush their teeth in the toilet. The hygiene can be quite clean, but the sound insulation is not very good. At 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, I heard a girl from an unknown room arguing with others. She has no manners at all.

GGuest UserFantastic stay! The room was spacious and spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding and excellent natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly, and the toiletries were exquisite and thoughtful. The staff were warm and attentive, always responding promptly and meticulously. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and getting around was convenient. Overall, a perfect experience – highly recommend!
VVelin PohHomestay owner 小杨 is a very nice and friendly handsome young man. He was very helpful to offer advice on where to visit, the eating places and how to get around. He even helped us to purchase online our entrance tickets to 白马寺 first when we had problem to access the local official website. Thanks again 👍🏼🙏🏼
Being a local homestay, the cleanliness part can be improved further as our room floor was dusty at the corners and also with footprints upon check in. However, 保洁阿姨 (housekeeping aunt) managed to mop our floor the next day after we feedback to owner and no more issue after that. I wld also suggest that the room corners, tabletops and bed head be checked to maintain dust/hair free We stayed 5 days 4 nights at this place.
Room had a lovely view of 丽景门 which we felt as if we had travelled back in time. Not as noisy as what we had expected prior to our stay from the reviews left by other guests.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay with the warm hospitality from the host and the housekeeping aunt. Aunt was very nice with us and reminded us daily to stay and wear warm enough clothing as the temperature turned cold halfway during our stay in Luoyang. Thanks and we would recommend this place! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
AAlex33Best hotel I stayed at in China. If you are visiting yuntaishan please choose this hotel you will not regret it. Me and my girlfriend were given free coffee, one free cocktail each, and free fruit/cucumber. The BBQ was great. I could I would give it 11/10 rating. Over 5 stars. I have been in China almost 3 months traveling. No other hotel had customer service like this hotel. I hope I get the chance to visit again sometime.
MMary LeonardThis hotel is in a very serene environment that is beautiful! My friend and I loved the grounds, our rooms, and the excellent restaurant. Denfeng is a small but charming town and this is a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful nature in this area. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Gao Yupeng was especially helpful. He speaks English and had great information about the best places to go in the area and the best ways to get there. The only thing that my friend and I regretted is that we didn't book a longer stay. I would definitely stay there again, especially in the cooler weather because they have amazing looking hot springs.

GGuest UserWe are a couple from Sweden that has been backpacking around the world for two years and we usually travel a lot.
The stay was very nice!
Very comfy bed with great duna and linen. The shower was awesome! And the room is beautiful. The breakfast room/reception is nice to relax at and there is also a living room when you enter the building were you can relax as well.
Try to get a room on a higher floor and you get some mountain views.
The owners are lovely and the husband is a somilier and gave us a glass of wine for free when we ordered dinner. You really need to try their food! It was really nice and so was the breakfast. We had dinner twice when we were there, try the sizzling beef and mushrooms.
The staff is really nice and helpful especially the owners brother that helped us a lot with everything! We will for sure stay here again when we visit Dengfeng. We did some really long hikes around Dengfeng and it is really worth it.
Thanks,
Kind regards
Johannes and Ebba
NNatradaI stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is a bit hard to find because it is behind a coffee shop. You have to walk through to get in. It would be easier if there were signs. The room was comfortable to sleep in. However, the room I got seemed to have some problems with the bathroom equipment such as the toilet and the hair dryer. They didn't work very well.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and service. Han Pei Pei was very helpful in arranging private car transportation to the high speed rail and telling us how to get to the National Peony Garden.
The hotel breakfast is an extensive buffet in with 6 differ not kinds of Tea. For fruit they have Dragon fruit, strawberries, Rock Melon among many others.
GGuest UserThe west wing window was drafty. The door had a retro key lock, but you had to push it to lock it, making it inconvenient to carry things. The room was very cold; the air conditioner was very noisy, and without it, an electric heater couldn't keep up. The air conditioners in other rooms also made a buzzing noise when the outdoor units were on. The pillows were bad; one was too low and deflated quickly, while two were too high. It was very convenient to be able to go back to rest anytime, which was fantastic. The service was excellent, from check-in to being taken to the inn, to the room, and to breakfast—the service was impeccable. We planned to stroll around a bit after the park closed, but the lights were turned off quickly, and the darkness, especially with the retro architecture, was a little eerie. So, we decided to just rest in the room after the park closed. We'll definitely stay here again for another night before going to the movie town.
