AerbanigegeThis hotel was another pleasant surprise. Right after booking, I received a call from the butler asking about my arrival time and if I needed airport pickup. Since we were driving, they provided parking directions. We arrived late at night, and everyone, from the gate guard to the front desk staff and the team member who showed us to our room, was incredibly welcoming. I asked for only Coke in the mini-fridge and no other drinks, and they executed that perfectly.
The room was very spacious, and I loved that the hot spring bath was indoors and separated from the bedroom by a sliding door – that's a brilliant design.
The hotel butler was excellent and reminded us about breakfast. Oh, by the way, if you stay here, don't miss breakfast; that bowl of beef noodles was a real delight. If you need to go to a scenic spot, just contact the butler, and they'll do their best to arrange for a hotel car to take you there, which is a great service.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for everything!
Welcome Fruit: Very sweet and a good variety.
Minibar Drinks: If you run out in the room, just grab a Haibi drink from the restaurant to enjoy.
Rose Petals: A whole tub full of romantic ambiance.

Posted on Aug 2, 2026|Deluxe Lake-View Twin Room (Thisworks Toiletries + Lake View + Private Bathtub)
Anonymous UserHygiene: The hygiene was exceptionally poor.
I arrived quite late and went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up with my whole body itching. When I pulled back the covers, I saw a lot of skin flakes at the foot of the bed! It was incredibly dirty. Beneath the scent of the detergent on the sheets, there was a strange, acrid smell. The other bed in the twin room didn't have this issue. The picture shows one large skin flake; I cleaned up the smaller ones myself. I was shocked when I saw it. My exposed skin has been itching for days, even after applying medicine.
Two of the complimentary bottled water bottles provided by the hotel were placed on the sink in the bathroom. Given that there were already two bottles on the minibar, why put another two in the bathroom sink? I personally found that a bit unhygienic.
I hope the hotel changes the bedsheets for each guest.
Service: The front desk staff and other services were quite good.
Breakfast: The breakfast selection was rich and varied.

Guest UserI stayed at the May Fourth Youth Hostel for two nights, and my overall experience was very satisfying. It's located in the Xigong district, making it very convenient for getting around by taxi or bus. It saved me time getting to Longmen Grottoes and Yingtianmen. The hostel was clean, hot water supply was stable, and the bunk beds offered good privacy. The common areas were spacious. The staff were friendly, and for a solo traveler visiting Luoyang, it offered great value for money. After a tiring day of travel, I could get a good rest here. Highly recommended for backpackers.

Upon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

Eina ZeeThis is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel.

Peter_LiuWe had a great stay at Yinxiang 37 Homestay during our visit to Yuntai Mountain. The location was very convenient (100m away) for exploring the Yuntai Mountain, making it a great location for anyone wanting to visit the park.
The homestay is run by a local family who were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. They helped by walking with us and helping us get tickets to Yuntai Mountain Park and also gave us bottled water, which made the whole process much easier. They also helped us with laundry and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was simple and tasty.
Overall, we highly recommend Yinxiang 37 Homestay for anyone visiting Yuntai Mountain who is looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious stay with kind and genuinely helpful hosts.

Everything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

Our stay at the FunGee Hotel (Gulou Square branch) was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Kaifeng. The hotel is right in the heart of the ancient city, just a 5-minute walk from the Shudianjie Night Market. If you're driving, there's free parking directly opposite the hotel, and it's a convenient drive to places like Xiangguo Temple and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden.
The hotel is a trendy design hotel that opened in 2025. The lobby is located on the fourth floor and accessible directly by elevator.
⚠️ The rooms are spacious and bright. Do note that for inner-facing rooms, the 'floor-to-ceiling window' looks out onto a wall and doesn't offer ventilation. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, high-end toiletries, and a mini-fridge. There's a QR code by the bed for some complimentary items. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is quiet.
The lobby offers 24-hour refreshments and drinks. During afternoon tea, there's an unlimited supply of fruits and desserts. Complimentary cocktails are offered every evening, and breakfast is served until 11 AM, with a good variety of tasty options. The front desk staff provided warm and efficient service throughout our stay.

Guest UserThe room was great, and the front desk staff even helped upgrade our room type. It was a shame I didn't get admitted to China University of Mining and Technology back in 2019, especially since they had the alumni association sign right at the hotel entrance, haha. From the hotel's rooftop, you can enjoy a beer and the breeze while admiring Mingtang, Tiantang, and Yingtianmen. The breakfast was also plentiful, especially with lots of *huladong* (spicy soup) and beef. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
