Facilities: Exceptionally well-equipped.
Cleanliness: I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the hygiene here was excellent.
Environment: Loved the atmosphere, no strange odors in the room.
Service: Incredibly warm and welcoming! They even gave us a souvenir and a free room upgrade.
Luoyang Souvenir: The flower cakes were delicious!
I'll be back for the Dragon Boat Festival, hope the prices don't go up. The room was very comfortable.
On our last day in Luoyang, we chose this hotel mainly because the room came with a hot spring tub and a unique breakfast, which suited the kids' preferences. The hotel offers car service, but we drove ourselves so we didn't use it. The kids really enjoyed the hot spring tub in the room, which was quite a distinctive feature. It's rare to find hotels that still require a deposit these days, but this one asked for 1000 yuan. What I don't understand is what valuable items are in the room that would necessitate staff waiting at the door, ready to inspect the room even before guests have left – it felt very uncomfortable. Finally, as we were leaving, we found a small ant crawling near the pillow. It seems like the ground-floor courtyard might need better pest control measures.

I stayed at a fantastic smart hotel during my business trip to Nanyang. You'll understand how smart it is once you've stayed there. Located at the intersection of Renmin South Road, opposite the Morgan Wuyue Plaza, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, and taxis are readily available nearby. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, showing great consideration for guests. The buffet breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious; I personally felt it was better than restaurants outside. The hotel provided welcome fruit for both nights, and a small gift upon check-out. The staff were very polite and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanyang.

Many Xin Mansion hotels are located in old city centers, which is great for tourists who love to shop and explore. This particular one in Kaifeng is right next to Gulou (Drum Tower), and you can even see it from your room! It's perfect for enjoying the night market in the evenings. Even though it's in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Catching a taxi right outside the hotel was also pretty easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, like Di Yi Lou, making it convenient to try local specialties. The price is a bit higher compared to similar places, but it's definitely worth it.

The hotel's surroundings are fantastic. It's located directly opposite the Sui-Tang Grand Canal Museum and is part of Luoshen Park, right beneath the Zhuying Pagoda, which makes for a stunning night view. The hotel area itself is very quiet, and the public spaces are modern with cozy furnishings. While the staff's service might not always be perfectly standardized, they are incredibly enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the Chinese stir-fries are particularly tasty. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with excellent value for money! 👍

Facilities: As an older hotel, it can't quite compete with newer ones in terms of hardware, but its 'software' (service) is absolutely top-notch, like the 'Pang Dong Lai' of hotels! The facilities are charmingly retro, yet functional and convenient.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Ambiance: The room was spacious.
Service: I saw a video about this place and decided to experience it for myself in Luoyang, and it truly lived up to the hype! They've perfected their service to an incredible degree! The staff who picked me up were incredibly attentive. Upon arrival, multiple staff members opened doors and handled my luggage. Hot water was ready in the lobby, and there was a selection of hundreds of snacks. From the moment I was picked up until I reached my room, I didn't have to touch my luggage once. Their main focus is on being warm, thoughtful, and heartwarming! Truly deserving of the 'Pang Dong Lai' hotel title! I'll definitely be back!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is upscale and grand, with public areas that are clean, tidy, and stylish. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing excellent – I slept soundly all night. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the cleanliness details were impeccably handled.
The front desk service was warm and professional; both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The staff were kind and polite, responding promptly to all requests.
The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, perfectly matching the quality of a five-star hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The first time I stayed, the hotel was generally high-end atmosphere and the details were in place. The room was clean, the whole house was smart and easy to use, and the housekeeper Alice had a strong sense of service and was very patient. Hotel location is also OK, close to the West Lake, the scenery is more beautiful. The lake view room I chose for travel is also very beautiful and very satisfied.
This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I specifically chose this one. Before arriving in Luoyang, a customer service representative called to confirm my booking. After adding them on WeChat, they provided detailed instructions on how to find the place.
Upon check-in, I received a super thoughtful Luoyang travel guide. They also sold various disposable travel necessities, much cheaper than outside. The common area was nice, and they even showed movies in the evening.
They could also book tours at a more affordable price, and the staff would check in on your real-time status, which was incredibly responsible.
I was a bit uncomfortable in the four-person dorm on the first night, so I upgraded to a private room on the second day. Personally, I found the vent noise a bit loud. Being sensitive to noise, I got free disposable earplugs from the front desk, which were much better than the ones I bought myself.
As a solo female traveler, I chose a hostel for safety and to save money. It turned out to be an invaluable life experience. I met wonderful people and fell in love with the city of Luoyang!

The room was incredibly spacious, well-lit, and very clean. I loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the mirror was huge! I was particularly impressed with the hairdryer – it was so powerful, I'm actually thinking of getting one myself, haha. The hotel service was excellent too. Plus, it's super close to Pang Dong Lai; we could just take one elevator right down, which made it really convenient for us to buy things and take them to our car.

YYesheminsujiudianhuicui ResortI came for a short weekend trip. The guesthouse is right next to Luoyi Old City, and very close to several popular spots like Yingtian Gate, Tanggong Yuyan, and Liu Heiguan. It's super convenient to walk everywhere. The accommodation has a minimalist style, very clean and tidy. Drinks are free-flowing, making it perfect for a vacation.
I specifically came to Luoyi Old City at night to see the 'Celestial Maidens Scattering Flowers' performance – the ribbons swirling under the lights were quite ethereal. The old city is strung with lanterns and floral lamps, all brightly lit. You see young men and women in Hanfu everywhere, taking photos; it's even livelier than Beijing's Qianmen Street. It's quite commercialized, with a cluster of snack shops and cultural/creative stores, so there's always something to see. The night views are indeed beautiful, full of life and atmosphere, great if you're looking for some hustle and bustle.

BBaoeryingThis hotel really stands out with its unique design among all the guesthouses. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, offering detailed suggestions for sightseeing and local delicacies. The room is spacious and clean, with powerful air conditioning and excellent water pressure for showers. The breakfast is simple but delicious. They have underground parking, and the location is fantastic – just about a hundred meters from both the food street and the shuttle bus stop. It's convenient yet quiet, truly one of those rare guesthouses I'd love to stay at again.
GGuest UserAll in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station).
Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

KKinga AnnaIt is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
GGuest UserOur stay at the FunGee Hotel (Gulou Square branch) was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Kaifeng. The hotel is right in the heart of the ancient city, just a 5-minute walk from the Shudianjie Night Market. If you're driving, there's free parking directly opposite the hotel, and it's a convenient drive to places like Xiangguo Temple and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden.
The hotel is a trendy design hotel that opened in 2025. The lobby is located on the fourth floor and accessible directly by elevator.
⚠️ The rooms are spacious and bright. Do note that for inner-facing rooms, the 'floor-to-ceiling window' looks out onto a wall and doesn't offer ventilation. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, high-end toiletries, and a mini-fridge. There's a QR code by the bed for some complimentary items. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is quiet.
The lobby offers 24-hour refreshments and drinks. During afternoon tea, there's an unlimited supply of fruits and desserts. Complimentary cocktails are offered every evening, and breakfast is served until 11 AM, with a good variety of tasty options. The front desk staff provided warm and efficient service throughout our stay.
GGuest UserThis was our first family trip to Luoyang, and we really hit the jackpot choosing this inn online!
As out-of-towners, we were a bit nervous and unfamiliar with the area when we first arrived. But the receptionist, a lovely young lady, was incredibly welcoming. Not only did she quickly get us checked into our two rooms, but she also gave us a detailed介绍 of nearby attractions and authentic local snacks, even sketching out directions for us. We felt completely at ease immediately.
The rooms were clean and cozy, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. After a whole day of sightseeing, lying down on it was incredibly restorative, and we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful, with porridge, pastries, and local specialties, all tasting delicious.
Our trip was so much smoother and more enjoyable thanks to the comfortable stay. We're truly grateful for the thoughtful and friendly assistance from the receptionist, who really made us feel the warmth and hospitality of Luoyang. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit and will recommend it to all our friends!
