The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

Overall, the hotel was decent. Initially, I was given a strangely shaped room with an awkward layout and no view. After they moved me to a different room, it was much better. The capsule coffee machine wasn't working at first. A staff member came to fix it, and while it started working, no coffee came out. It only worked after I changed the capsule. When the staff member came to fix the coffee machine, she knocked and I said 'wait a moment,' but she just opened the door and walked in. This definitely needs some training. Other than that, everything else was good, and the service response was very prompt. There's one minor issue: after every service request, customer service would call to follow up. Personally, I found this very redundant and disruptive. Shouldn't departments communicate internally to confirm if service has been delivered, instead of repeatedly bothering guests?

The futuristic capsule hotel offers a novel experience with smart controls, which is pretty good. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, possibly due to limited conditions in the desert. The breakfast and dinner selections were very limited. The most surprising thing was that a hotel primarily for families didn't even have children's cutlery in its restaurant. The butler service was practically non-existent; I had to wait a long time for no response before making a voice call. Although there weren't many guests on the night of our check-in, the service response was still very slow. I hope the hotel improves its service. The evening bonfire show was quite good and unique. For photos in the astronaut suit, they insisted I post on Xiaohongshu first to get it for free, and the suit itself was extremely dirty – the neck rim was completely black, and the suit was torn. The shoes they provided didn't even match. While the photos turned out okay, the overall experience was hard to describe. All in all, experiencing it once is enough. If you absolutely want to stay in the desert with family, the Starry Hotel is a better option.

Location is good. May not be considered very close But walking distance from Yin Wan Wan Express Station, Ianchuan high, about 770-800 meters, but it is quite convenient to walk. On the opposite side there is a big shopping mall around. the hotel has restaurants,convenience stores,walk to the bus stop,brt bus stop to huaiyuan night market,huaiyuan night market,about 250 meters,and walk to the bus boarding point,direct access to helonshan rock painting,zhenbeibao west film city and 西夏王陵 about 460 meters,which is very convenient. The room is good, spacious, just right to spread the bag, clean. Standard service At first the room we had a cigarette smell. Therefore went down to ask to change the room The staff changed it for you. Disadvantages 1. The hotel lobby does not have a bathroom, you have to go to the public toilet outside, which needs to walk about 100 meters, so it is not very convenient. 2. The hotel lobby smells very often smoke.

He said the hotel was very clean and probably located in a new residential complex. The room was very spacious, I think about 450 square meters, and very clean. As for the breakfast, I really enjoyed it. The flavors are more suited to northern Chinese tastes, with fewer Western options. The best part is the laundry room, which is really convenient. If I take the kids out for a walk or eat, I can wash their clothes right at home. Water is basically free; if you ask for it at the front desk, they'll bring it to you. The best part is the buckwheat pillows, which is a real bonus for people with cervical issues. The robot food delivery service is a favorite for the kids.

The first time I came to the desert, the Helan Mountain Hotel gave a very good experience. After booking, an exclusive butler will contact you to tell you the location in detail and the guides of the surrounding attractions in Zhongwei. When you arrive at the entrance of the designated desert 🏜, there is a housekeeper waiting for the reception early, pulling you into the desert to check in. Help you carry your luggage throughout the whole process. Very enthusiastic and proactive. There is a bonfire party fireworks show 🎆 in the evening, especially the children are very happy to play, there is no need to follow the whole process, completely entertain yourself, the starry sky is very beautiful at night, very popular, the quietness of the night is very healing, I look forward to coming again next time.

This was my first time in Yinchuan for a marathon! Unfortunately, I got gastroenteritis and missed out on all the delicious food. However, staying at this hotel truly made up for it—the experience was fantastic! I bought a 3-night package for 1299 RMB, which was incredible value for money. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the bed was very comfortable! Being on a high floor, the views were great. The service was also excellent; since I could only eat congee, the front desk conveniently delivered my takeout to the room. The soundproofing in the room was good, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is also excellent, not too far from the museum and the Western Xia Imperial Tombs. There are all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, and local specialty shops nearby to explore. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!
