"The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼 The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet. During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻 The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water). The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼 The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍 All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits. Beautiful city, super hotel, friendly people, we want to come back here again!🥰🥰"

"Great stay with my family of 4, though the bed was a bit hard. Location was perfectly located on top of a mall and the metro station with direct line to Tianjin South station. Also it was very close to Wudadao, which was optimal for first time Tianjin visitors like us. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive and took great care of us with whatever we needed. There was a washing machine with laundry detergent provided. I recommend this stay to all who is visiting Tianjin."

"A 3-day, 2-night stay at Pan Pacific Hotel at the end of 2025. We brought my parents back to the hotel (I had already confirmed many details with Manager Xiao Song beforehand, which was very thoughtful). The front desk manager greeted us warmly and arranged our rooms, again providing connecting family rooms, which was very convenient for us to look after our parents. This was extremely considerate. The rooms were as comfortable and cozy as ever. Anti-slip chairs were placed in the elders' bathrooms with anti-slip slippers, and upon learning that my parents enjoyed tea, several extra bottles of mineral water were provided. A big thank you to Shi Yanying from the 28th floor for her thorough and efficient cleaning. What truly stood out this time was the Executive Lounge on the 29th floor; the service was excellent as always, and the dishes and desserts had been upgraded. Manager Song even personally prepared special cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, all of which tasted great. In the evening, warm milk was delivered to my mother to help her sleep. The young man with glasses was also very observant, promptly clearing empty plates from our table. The breakfast was delicious, with some new dishes added. Jianbing Guozi (savory crepes) and rice noodles are always a must-have for us. The young lady at the reception greeted us cheerfully, and the service staff moved constantly through the crowd, tidying up and arranging dishes. Sister Chen and another elder sister helped me assist my mother to her seat, and Manager Sun along with another male manager helped us get our food and coffee. Everything was well-organized. The next morning, we ran into the lovely Manager Xiao Tang at breakfast, and a little casual chat was very heartwarming! The Peking duck at Haitanlou Chinese Restaurant was very satisfying. Because the food delivery robot was too busy, the male manager with glasses from the Chinese restaurant even specially delivered the hot, packed food to our room upstairs, concerned it might get cold and not taste good. In short, staying at this hotel feels reassuring; whatever issue you have, they will definitely help you resolve it. In Tianjin, we will continue to choose Pan Pacific Hotel again in 2026. "We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve in Tianjin, and I can honestly say it's the closest one to the Century Clock. You just walk about 100 meters out the door and you're at Century Clock Plaza. The location is absolutely fantastic! We could feel the festive New Year's atmosphere with all the neon lights right from our hotel room that night. The hotel service was also top-notch, and parking was convenient and free. Our whole family was very happy with our stay."

As soon as we stepped out of the car, the bellhop was enthusiastically there to help with our luggage. The front desk staff handled our check-in with exceptional efficiency and a warm smile, making us feel instantly at home. When we casually asked about a quieter room, they not only patiently checked for us but also proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade. This thoughtfulness truly left a deep impression on me. Upon entering the room, we were even more delighted. The room was incredibly spacious and tidy. The bedding was excellent, and the mattress had the perfect balance of softness and support, providing a wonderful, enveloping feeling. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the water pressure was strong and steady, making a hot shower incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location is also superb, making dining and shopping very convenient. Getting to the main attractions was also easy. Finally, I must praise the breakfast. The variety was extensive, combining both Chinese and Western options. The local specialty snacks, in particular, were very authentic, and the fruits were fresh, ensuring a vibrant start to the day. During check-out, the staff thoughtfully inquired about our stay and even presented us with a small souvenir. This stay far surpassed my expectations and was definitely great value for money! I have already highly recommended it to my friends, and without hesitation, I will choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city!"

"As a frequent business traveler, this hotel really hit all the right notes for me! The location is absolutely fantastic – only a five-minute walk from the subway station, and I never hit traffic on the way to my clients' offices. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; once the door was closed, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, which meant I slept really soundly every night. The high-speed WiFi didn't even stutter during video conferences. The hotel's self-service laundry room is open 24/7, and they even have delivery robots for food orders, which is incredibly convenient for business people who need to stay on top of things. "The hotel boasts a superb downtown location, surrounded by a vast array of dining options, including local specialties like Jianbing Guozi. Directly opposite stands the historic Dengyinglou Restaurant; however, I wouldn't recommend it. We visited once to find it quite deserted, and to our surprise, they couldn't even prepare dishes like 'Eight Treasure Tofu.' For leisure, the Wudadao Historic Cultural Area and Minyuan Plaza 1902 Street—both culinary hotspots and popular Instagrammable spots—are just a short stroll away. Excellent shopping opportunities at Joy City (Heping District branch), IFS, Gili Building, and Binjiangdao are also conveniently within walking distance. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free. Despite its age, the hotel is remarkably well-maintained, a testament to their attention to detail. The service staff were excellent, and a major plus, especially for those driving, is the hotel's underground parking. Breakfast is a highlight, offering a rich buffet with a blend of Chinese and Western dishes, alongside local specialties such as Jianbing Guozi and Gaba Cai. Highly recommended!"

"This trip to Tianjin, staying at the Astor Hotel, was truly wonderful! Employee Li Zirui picked me up from Tianjin Station. Her warm demeanor and the clean vehicle instantly gave me a great impression of Tianjin. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lobby Manager Joanne and Indian employee Naveet welcomed me. I was amazed that Naveet, who's from Mumbai, spoke excellent English and fluent Chinese! He also efficiently brought my luggage to the room. I'm thankful to the hotel for upgrading me to the Mei Lanfang Suite. With a record player and books and paintings by the legendary master Mei, I could feel the musical beauty in the room. The attention to detail was impressive. Despite being a century-old hotel, the facilities are quite new, and the rooms even feature comfortable and cozy King Koil mattresses. I also visited the Astor Hotel Museum, with nearly 3,000 exhibits. It felt like stepping right into Tianjin's vibrant history! I saw the famous old elevator, the historic staircase, and the vintage revolving wooden doors. If you come to Tianjin, you absolutely must see the night view along the Hai River. The Astor Hotel's location is excellent, right by the Hai River. That night, I walked to Daguangming Bridge to photograph the night scenery. Even though it was cold, the scene was unforgettable. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the second-floor restaurant, and later had coffee and pastries in the afternoon. Overall, the Astor's food was delicious, and the service was very friendly – even southerners like me found it palatable!"

"This was my first stay at the Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe, and overall, the experience was quite good. **Service**: From the welcoming staff to the front desk personnel, the breakfast restaurant employees, and every staff member I encountered, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and kind. **Room**: The room size is quite large compared to other hotels in the same category. The separation of the living area and the bathing area is a bit unconventional, but the oversized bathtub was absolutely amazing! The scent on the guest room floors was also very pleasant. **Details**: The containers in the room had a nice texture. The patterns on the slippers and bathrobes, which I believe are extensions of the hotel's logo, were very well-designed and looked great. **Breakfast**: They even had milk skin tanghulu (candied hawthorn on a stick)!"
