Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin

Rooms: We traveled with our child and stayed in the Executive Suite. The room was quite spacious, over 90 square meters, with two separate bathrooms and shower rooms, which was very convenient for our family of three to shower separately after swimming. The king-size bed was also very comfortable and soft. The large round table in front of the floor-to-ceiling window was perfect for eating takeout or for our child to do homework, and the view was excellent. Food: Breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The specialty pancakes were delicious, and the wontons, noodles, and various egg dishes were also good. Both the cold and hot dishes were tasty, and we always ate too much at breakfast. The food at the Executive Lounge was even better, with free-flowing cocktails. Enjoying a drink in the evening while looking at the night view was a wonderful experience. Pool: The water was very clean, and there were two lanes. Besides hotel guests, there were also children from outside taking swimming lessons, so it was quite crowded during the summer. I recommend swimming in the morning or during mealtimes when there are fewer people. In addition to the pool, there was also a very comfortable massage pool, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. From the detailed reminders at the front desk during check-in, to the housekeeping staff who proactively replenished our needs (they even provided children's toiletries before we asked), and the prompt responses from the staff at the Executive Lounge and Chinese restaurant. When we called the front desk for additional items (mineral water, children's bathrobes), they were delivered within 10 minutes. The doorman was also very friendly, and the room hygiene was impeccable (even for a clean freak like me, I was very satisfied). Overall, the service felt well-organized and well-managed, and all the staff members were excellent. Because we travel with our child, we often choose hotels of similar caliber. We've encountered situations with slow service or staff lacking initiative before. We previously stayed at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou and felt the service was excellent there too. It seems the Four Seasons' overall training is indeed very good. This was a very satisfying trip, and both our child and we were delighted!

I highly recommend the Tianjin Century Hotel! The rooms are clean and odor-free, with meticulous attention to detail in terms of hygiene. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients. All the staff are gentle and patient, responding promptly to any needs. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel experience exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth revisiting.

True to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, everything was excellent. You can call the concierge to have food deliveries brought directly to your room (instead of by a robot). No matter how tired I was from sightseeing or how hot the weather, the moment I returned to the room, I felt the room rate was completely worth it. My only small suggestion would be: could the restrooms be upgraded to include smart toilets?

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and tidy with a bathtub. It's located in the heart of Tianjin, close to many tourist attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. Housekeeping was remarkably prompt; the room was cleaned before I even saw the staff.

Overall, the service was good and the location was excellent, making subway travel very convenient. The dining was also good, but I felt there was a quality difference in the same type of bread compared to other Four Seasons hotels. In general, it still falls short when compared to the Four Seasons Suzhou.

The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. The coffee at the lobby bar was excellent, and the swimming pool was beautiful with a comfortable water temperature. The lounge had an elegant atmosphere, and all the food there tasted great.

You can always trust the quality and service at the Four Seasons. The package included Executive Lounge access, perfect for a staycation. There are many shopping malls nearby, and attractions like Xikai Church, the Porcelain House, and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence are all within easy reach, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Five-star review! My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin on August 11th with my two children was absolutely perfect. As soon as the car pulled up, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift, with no long waits. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was exceptionally brilliant. A special thank you to the staff there; their service was meticulous and thoughtful, with just the right amount of attentiveness, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The sommelier, a charming young man from Tianjin, was elegant and highly knowledgeable about wines. His professional explanations and recommendations truly enhanced our wonderful meal. The king-size bed in the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable; it easily accommodated two children with plenty of room. The hotel noticed the children in our party and thoughtfully prepared adorable kids' amenities, a detail that was truly heartwarming. From the front desk and concierge to the dining service and room setup, the service quality across all departments was consistently excellent, and every staff member demonstrated high professionalism. It's clear that the hotel boasts mature and comprehensive management, as well as outstanding management capabilities. This was a thoroughly pleasant stay, my top choice when visiting Tianjin. I look forward to returning!

This hotel offers great value for money. While the decor might be a bit outdated, it's very well-maintained. The breakfast spread also features a lot of Tianjin specialties. All the hotel staff are incredibly polite and always greet you warmly.
