Kaifeng Shunhe Hui District Hotels

Excellent location that is just beside the Drum Tower. From the open garden at level 4, you can also get a great birdeye view of the Drum Tower. In the evening, street vendors filled up the areas surrounding the hotel and you will be spoil for choice of food. Reception is very polite and warm, and allowed us to have a 2 hours late checkout before our flight. We were also given a small memento of chrysanthemum tea and peanuts at check out.

The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

Although it is not perfect, I am willing to give this hotel a full score. I hope the hotel can see some of the suggestions I mentioned below and it would be better if they can adopt them for improvement. Facilities: A newly renovated hotel with new facilities. The highlight is that the bathroom has background music for showering. I like to listen to music while taking a shower, but there are only a few built-in monotonous audios. It would be great if there was a way to connect the phone to Bluetooth for playback. Hygiene: The hygienic environment is good, but there is still room for improvement in the hygiene of linens and bedsheets Environment: The location is good, there are many time-honored restaurants and breakfasts nearby, and it is also close to the scenic spot. However, there is a road construction downstairs, and the noise is very loud. I stayed there for two nights and was woken up on time every morning. It is recommended that the guest room or the front desk can be equipped with earplugs, which will not increase the cost much, but will greatly improve the sleeping experience. Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The front desk is very good. They also upgraded the room for free and helped me apply for the renewal of my original room. The service staff greeted me when they saw me. The cleaning lady said ”good girl” all the time. She is really kind. If possible, I would like to suggest adding sticky notes and laundry bags for laundry like Atour and helping guests dry the washed clothes. It is not very convenient to run several times to wash clothes.

民宿的位置在巷子裏，第一感覺是裏面會有什麼好民宿？到店以後，位置真是得天獨厚，鬧中取靜！進門即是潺潺流水與葱蘢綠意，彷彿住進了畫裏。設計巧妙地融入了自然，無論是臨水窗台，還是精心佈置的庭院，都充滿了詩意與寧靜。夜晚枕着水聲入眠，遠離喧器，身心都得到了徹底的放鬆。這種親水而居、擁抱自然的體驗，可想設計者是何等的匠心之作 衞生這方面我認為在民宿這一塊做的還是不錯的（我不會拿他和五星級酒店去PK）必須給個贊！因為我提前來辦理入住的，看到了服務員在認真的整理着房間，床品清潔乾爽，散發著清洗後味道，讓人住得即安心又舒適。布草的潔凈度和房間的整體整潔度，完全達到了甚至超出了預期。 民宿的服務是另一大亮點。還沒到，芳姐就開始貼心的安排下車最近的位置，各種美食美景推送，有點像萬歲山第二，性價比超高，好親切！！入住時工作人員都面帶笑容，幫忙拎包拎箱子，真誠友好。入了房間，芳姐再手把手的交代避雷點及必玩景區。最最最暖心的是，純凈水不是一瓶兩瓶，而是一排，感覺他們是真的用心在經營一個家，希望每位客人都能擁有完美的入住體驗。這種賓至如歸的温暖感讓人很貼心！！！強推👍👍👍

優點：服務態度温和有禮，提供一次性牙刷，梳子。缺點：沒有獨立衞生間，兩層樓，每層有一個公共衞生間。不提供一次性拖鞋、水。窗户隔音效果一般，但是環境不算吵。

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city. Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating! The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️. The hotel service is good and humane. The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old. Compared with the price, it is cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is good and rich. But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.
