1. This B&B is built on the top of a mountain, but the road up is very narrow. The driver was a little slippery when driving up. There are so many mountains and rivers in China. If you just want to see the mountain views, there is really no need to choose this B&B.
2. The hot water is hot and cold, and the left switch is too hot and the right switch is too cold. We live in 207. I don’t know how other rooms are like. This room is nonono
3. Breakfast is not bad, relatively OK
4. The sound insulation is not good. I can still hear the sound from the front desk on the first floor in the room.

The hotel is on the top of the mountain in Kandy. The mountain road to go is very winding, but the scenery is beautiful. The hotel itself is more like a high-end homestay in China, with a very stylish decoration and a local atmosphere. The room is spacious, with a large floor-to-ceiling window for a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery, and the exquisite bathtub is also very good. What's more worth mentioning is that the staff is very enthusiastic, and all of them have smiles on their faces😊. The most memorable thing for me is that the lady at the front desk is super beautiful and loves to smile. The children especially like her.

After my Wedding party we were stayed at Mount Blue Resort Spa, From making reservation till check out Ms Gayani From reception was very kind of us and very helpful as well as Shan from front desk and Mr. Khan (F&B Manager) from restaurant also genuine and very kind of us at all. We booked Room 102 Deluxe Suite with HB basis. Candle light Dinner, Honeymoon Cake & Evening Tea Coffee with Snacks also were superb. And also next day Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Pool attendant who was there on 19th April morning he is also a good man. From Bell desk a lady who was there very helpful us at everytime. We really enjoyed there and actually My wife and myself really like that hotel with nice view. We will back for our 01st Wedding anniversary definitely. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. Cheers !!! 🤝🤝

Very nice Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Food for lunch and dinner, both Sri Lankan and Western was also very good. Lovely to go for a swim first thing in the morning to start the day refreshed. Amazing views from the room.

This is a very clean and modern hotel. They have a lovely pool area. The hotel is situated high on a hill so the views are wonderful. The staff are all very good too!. My only issue was on one evening when it was a set menu, there was no vegetarian option for me and they didn’t offer me one!

**Review for Mount Blue Kandy Hotel - A Terrible Experience** Our stay at Mount Blue Kandy was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We arrived at around 9 PM, only to find out that the staff would only be available until 10 PM. After that, the hotel turned into a ghost town with no assistance available. After dinner, we wanted to take a hot bath and use the Jacuzzi, but there was no hot water. Attempts to contact the hotel staff via the landline went unanswered, and there was no one at the reception to assist us. The situation worsened when the fire alarm went off at 5 AM, causing panic among guests. Shockingly, there was no staff present to address the issue or turn off the alarm. In the morning, we discovered that the night manager had been sleeping in one of the rooms and showed no interest in helping during the entire ordeal. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable. We do not recommend Mount Blue Kandy to anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay. The complete absence of reliable service and staff made this experience one of the worst we’ve ever had.
