這個酒店非常好 無論是服務還是景色 都很棒 每一位工作人員都在尊重私隱的情況下給予細緻入微的服務 佛牙節本來結束很晚 我們出去時擔心沒有吃的 就想説點一些讓廚師先做 熱着等我們回來 管理人堅持等我們回來再做 本來10:00關門的廚師一直等我們到半夜11:30 一切以客人為本是這家酒店的温暖之處 這是我目前在斯里蘭卡住過最好的酒店

We had a lovely experience at the kings pavilion all the staff were so friendly and welcoming ! The housekeeping did an amazing job leaving a great towel arrangement in the room! The food was also amazing and the service really attentive!

From the moment we arrived until our departure we were treated like royalty. A beautiful hotel with gardens, lawn and pool with a view, amazing. You don’t realise how close you are to the hub of Kandy. Our room was truly palatial. We wished we could have stayed longer but vow to return.

Our stay at Kings Pavilion was truly exceptional. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond with their courteous and attentive service. We especially appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach and the stunning views surrounding the property. We spent one night in this beautiful place. I want to Thankyou the house keeping staff for the beautiful decorations, the waiters at the restaurant for the good food and the kindness, the spa staff for the good Massage.

Loved everything about this place, the location makes you feel like you are in a dream, just few minutes from kandy but such a quiet place. The staff (waiters, housekeepers, receptionist) is so gentle and always smiling. They made our stay simply perfect
