Grand Mutiara Hotel ★★★
"The service at the front desk was a bit lacking. They seemed to pick and choose who they'd help with luggage. I was struggling with my child and really needed help, but they didn't offer any."
Villa Luminor ★★★
"Very beautiful and clean. Traveling with family is very suitable to stay here."
Mikie Holiday Resort & Hotel ★★★★
"Room is decent but doesn’t meet five start resort hotel standards. A few of the item is outdated. Bedsheet has a few old stains and bed has a bit of dull smell. Recommend to stay for 1 night just to enjoy the surroundings area. At night the temperature is super cold. Breakfast is good."
Taman Simalem Resort ★★★★
"We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah"
Hotel Sibayak Internasional ★★★★
"The hotel was great.. breakfast was amazingggg"
Uluna Hotel ★★
"Good and clean"
Pariban Hotel ★★★
"Plan to book Mikie, unfortunately fully booked. Saw this available for family room, super really excellent! Great family room and love the hotel. Just suggestion should have water heater coz the water is too cold🥶"
Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo formerly 3 Berastagi ★★
"The suite room looked pretty good, but unfortunately, the floor was covered in dust and the tap water was clogged. The accommodation seems poorly maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient, although not as professional as you'd find in a star-rated hotel. If you're not used to vehicle noise, think twice before staying here, as the guesthouse is right next to the main road."
Sinabung Hills Berastagi ★★★★
"Management seriously looks into housekeeping cleanliness.. Toilet is terrible. Upon complaining, they managed to clean up but not to the hotel rated. Stains on the floor/edges and smog divider glass with stains..Gardening and external housekeeping are well maintained.."

Rudang Hotel & Resort Berastagi
"Every year when I go back to my home town at Noth Sumatera, I always spend and stay in the hotel for 1 to 2 days. I love the location as it is always very cool, a lot interesting things to see and the fruits market that sell different kind of fresh local fruits. The hotel is good, the room is quite large, the breakfast is delicious, it has swimming pool although it is only a kid pool. Rudang Hotel is always my destination to stay whenever i visit Berastagi. Santo from Batam"
Penginapan Puncak DP
"Kurang selimut tebal"
RedDoorz @ Hotel Dieng Berastagi
"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"
RedDoorz near Mikie Holiday Funland Berastagi
"I hope trip wont have recommendations for this hotel in future. The receiptionist is so rude and the rooms so smelly and unclean"
