Uluna Hotel
"all good"
Mikie Holiday Resort & Hotel
"It is a pleasant and beautiful resort.Picturesque environment, a good stay for family and children. Food are varieties and scrumptious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is a senior friendly place. Toilet is clean."
Hotel Sibayak Internasional
"The hotel is located at the prime tourist attraction. However it’s a bit run down and they did not maintain the cleanliness. A part from the smelly towel, the furniture is outdated. The toilet has stains. The bedsheets is torn. The tv channels reception is bad. Also the hotel has no lift. Wonder why haven’t they changed all these? The only good about the hotel is the buffet spread. A lot of varieties and most staff are friendly & helpful. Nope. I won’t stay in this hotel after this. Thank you."
Pariban Hotel
"Nice hotspring"
Sinabung Hills Berastagi
"nicer"
Sapo Karo Rest House
"I just love everything! Short stay as we arrived late also, and we check out early morning before 0800. The only thing my room the water heater is not functioning and we are too exhausted. Managed to get bath with the cold water 🫠"
Taman Simalem Resort
"The resort is located on top of the mountains. The views are very breathtaking!"
Alloyna Country Cottage Brastagi
"Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard."
Kaliaga Bungalow
"The owner was very friendly and the place was comfortable"

Grand Mutiara Hotel
"Good Hotel, recommended"
Rudang Hotel & Resort Berastagi
"The condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including: 1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed) 2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this. 3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work... So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. Because if this matter is left unchecked, it will eventually ruin your business too.. Please forgive and apologize for your views 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻 sincere greetings from Penang, Malaysia 😍😍😍"
Penginapan Puncak DP
RedDoorz @ Hotel Dieng Berastagi
"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"
RedDoorz Near Mikie Holiday Funland Berastagi
"Very close to Mikie Funland. Polite staff. Nice room with small chairs and coffee table, spacious bathroom. Not soundproof. These were acceptable since its a budget hotel. BUT Compare to Parapat RedDoorz, this room provided small old towels. No bottled water, the sheets were not so clean, a weird smell made my friend almost vomit. She had to spray perfume to overcome the smell. The floors were not properly swept and mopped. We found hair everywhere and no rubbish bin provided."
Panorama Guest House Syariah
"Good day everyone. I will never forget my stay at this dump; you can't call it anything else. Firstly, the bedding was dirty and stained. The 'towels' were two filthy rags, about 15x20 cm. Secondly, the windows in the rooms face the common corridor, not outside. Thirdly, the soundproofing is so bad that if someone uses the toilet anywhere, the entire hotel hears it. Now, about the service. We arrived at midnight, were given keys, and told, 'You can only have halal drinks and food here.' What they meant, I don't know, but I really wanted to leave. However, we were exhausted from our journey, and the money had already been paid. We asked the reception for help with a taxi, and they replied, 'There's a bus stop over there,' and told us to find a taxi ourselves. In conclusion, NEVER stay there."
