"Having a last minute booking the reception was really fast. We were also given a voucher for snacks. The view was fantastic. Being facing the Bukit Barisan and having Mt. Sibayak as a background. Thought of having dinner at the Rooftop cafe. But only knew that the cafe only opened after 8pm. We ordered at 8pm, but only received our food at 9.15pm. Even my kids already cried because of hunger. The food was average. Not much of a choice. Even the choices in the menu were not really available. Please bring your own soap, shampoo and tissues since these were not provided."

Anonymous UserBook a family suite it comes with 2 rooms with a bathroom in each. However the cleanliness is not like what I'm expecting, it was quite dusty. The amenities weren't complete. Normally a hotel/cottage will provide an iron, but this cottage didn't. We have to call and keep asking from the receptionist yet they didn't send it till the next morning. As for the surrounding from outside the cottage looks very nice especially the morning weather, it was cold and it had a nice view around the cottage. You can take as many photos as you want around it before you leave.

Irr:naWe came to this hotel on night and everything have been prepared for us. We enter to the room straightaway and prepare to sleep. Book two standard hotel since we have 5 people. Even though its cheap, but we have a great stay to rest. There are hot water in the toilet room. There are no fan and a/c because the room already so cold.
