Very welcoming and helpful
staff in a lovely bright clean hotel with everything you could need for a comfortable sleep .
A tasty early local food breakfast was prepared for me ( I requested ) before I was given a free ride to the airport which is only 5 mins away .
Highly recommend for early flight departure .

The guy at the front desk was very nice. It was already 11pm when I arrived. He welcomed me warmly and helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. It was really good. The price was also very reasonable. I will come again next time.

Especially the hotel staff's hospitality is wonderful.
They were always kind and very supportive. Even we arrived late night due to our flight time and process of immigration, they welcomed us with warm smile and helped to carry our luggage to upstairs.
Recommend to stay here.

I was with my elderly parents so I had difficulties to step up stairs to lobby and also the restaurant which is in 6th floor need to step up stairs from 5th floor otherwise fine

GGuest UserTrip.com I booked hotel airport holiday, for the convenience of flying the next day, but there was no hot water in the bath after the night. This is also a common problem in Nepal's price of more than one hundred and two hundred hotels and homestays. The hot water is not hot, at most 35 degrees, or even less than 30 degrees, and we can't take a bath. We stayed in Nepal for nine nights because of hot water. We didn't take a shower for at least three or four days. After communicating for a long time, I also communicated through Trip.com customer service. Finally, the manager helped us change to another hotel across the road, as shown in the picture. The hot water in the picture is good, a little newer than the original one, but the closet door of the room is open and there is Mitsubishi Xiaoqiang, and we cleaned it up.
Nepal's accommodation, dining, taxi, and domestic are almost even more expensive, and the price is very low. And our domestic third-tier small cities more than 100 chain hotel, the capital more than 200 chain hotel, are also better value for money than Nepal, two or three hundred theme hotels and homestays are unexpectedly good.
I didn't live in their big hotel, I don't know how, all aspects should be much better.
The biggest advantage of this trip to Nepal is also the most valuable advantage. People are basically very warm and friendly. Although the hotel waiters have no experience and have not been systematically trained, they are sincere and enthusiastic. It can be seen that they want to do a good job. Come on!

GGuest UserProperty, food and staff all were awesome. Hygiene was complete maintained inside and outside of room and entire property. Food was hygienic and tasty or i should say even more than tasty. It was a great stay in kathmandu comfortable and lively.

GGuest UserIt was good stay at ganpati airport hotel. Rooms were neat n clean but small rooms. But it was advantage that it was just 5 min drive from airport. I stayed for one night. Lift is not there so there was issue but they have bell boy who help to take your luggage to your rooms. Food is ok inside hotel. But outside so many restaurants options at airport road.
