The front office staff is very friendly and helpful with the quick check-in process. The room was clean and comfortable. TV channels are quite complete. Easy access location and very suitable price. This is the hotel that I'm satisfied with the interior and rooms at a relatively cheaper price than a class hotel, the always maintained cleanliness and the scent of the hotel from entering the hotel to the room. I had an emergency stay here and was really impressed while staying here. The room was okay, not really spacious but clean and comfortable. I stayed at two different rooms while I was staying for a week here. The nano room was recommended with a good price, but the bathroom was literally see-through. I would recommend you to stay at standard room if you stay here with other than your family or if you’re more comfortable with no see-through bathroom. I chose room with no breakfast. But I ordered some food from the restaurant and it was really delicious that I ordered again the next days. The room service was really good and fast. The cleaning staff was really good and fast too. Overall, I would recommend the stay at this hotel. There were also a little convenience market at the lobby if you need some amenities, foods, or drinks. For me, this is the best budget hotel I’ve known so far.

Dear Grand Surya Kediri, I had a great stay here from 21 to 22 July 2022. The room is spacious and clean. We also got an early check-in and a great view from the room. Special thanks to these hotel staff : - Ms Shella the guest relation, who did amazing job for my mom's birthday set up in the room. Not only that, she has been attentive and welcoming to the guests. - Ms Ollin the front desk who is really nice and informative. The check in process is a breeze and she also helps with the spa arrangement. - The concierge, the spa therapists (sorry, we forget your name) who also have been doing great job to assist and service us. Please keep up this level of service. Hopefully we can come here to stay again if we are at Kediri. Sincerely, Gunawan

I stayed on August 13 in a Deluxe type room, here are my reviews: 1. Location The location is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tulungagung. To find food and souvenirs is quite easy. Just walk. 2. Facilities The hotel facilities are quite good for a 3-star class, there is enough parking in front and behind the hotel. - there is a meeting room - there is free wifi in all areas including the room - there is a restaurant, which has a kids corner on the 2nd floor. Minus there is no swimming pool, if there is this hotel is perfect because it could be a suitable hotel for families with small children . 3. Service The service of this hotel is very good. Because I see from hospitality all the employees are very nice. From the security guard outside to the staff inside the hotel, they always give greetings and always smile every time a guest passes by. I also have a plus in the FO section, especially to Mr. Rudi (FO Manager) when there was a problem in the check-in process due to an OTA error, the hotel was very helpful, especially Mr. Rudi to resolve the issue to the relevant OTA, so we can check in. And I salute Mr. Rudi helps with hospitality and always smiling, thank you very much Mr. Rudi, this hotel will be more advanced with staff like you. Then this hotel also has a welcome drink such as tea/coffee when we check this which we can take ourselves in front of the reception desk. 4. Bedroom The deluxe room is quite spacious, the room is quite good although not too modern, the room is equipped with: - LCD TV equipped with cable TV channels. - there is a single sofa and chair - there is a reading light - there is air conditioning which works very well, the pool is cold. - there is a water heater kettle to make cooking water to make coffee/tea equipped with free tea/coffee - there is a wardrobe The bathroom is also quite spacious in the shower. The shower also worked well putting out hot and cold water. There are 2 clean towels. Unfortunately, the bath amenities only have soap and a tooth brush. 5. Food & Bevarage The variety of food surprised me, because I didn't expect there to be enough variety. There are croissants to traditional food. Although the taste seems to have to be improved a little to make it more stable. Conclusion: I recommend this hotel to my colleagues at an economical price but we get fairly complete facilities. God willing, if I have the opportunity to go to Tulungagung I will stay again at the Tulungagung Palace Hotel.

The room is very cormfortable and clean, also smells good. The bathroom is small though. All the hotel staffs is warm & kind.
