Every time I have been to this wonderful hotel I have had a great experience All the staff are so helpful and lovely . I had a wonderful room with a breathtaking view of the lake. The pool and spa were delightful with a salt pool, warm pool and swimming pool.they also have an espa spa were a got a wonderful massage

We went to the Europe for 3 nights for the August bank holiday and had an amazing time. The view of the water from the hotel lobby, bar and restaurants is lovely and so relaxing, the food is fabulous and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We also loved the heated pool that extends outside. We are already planning our next trip back. 10/10 from us

Stunning hotel from start to finish. The Spa is a MUST. Best massage I have ever had. Vanessa was my therapist. Such a fabulous lady and so kind. Excellent food, stunning views and friendly staff, you couldn’t ask for more. Thanks to Matthew for looking after so well. Already planning a return stay.

Beautiful five star stay for three nights at this property. Fabulous five star service from the moment we arrived. We had a beautiful lake room the perfect view, dined in all three restaurants all outstanding and different the perfect resort, world class spa facilities, active level and pools overlooking the lakes. Would highly recommend to all,my favourite hotel for sure. Thank you Europe hotel and resort such a special hotel.

Just home from this wonderful hotel. Check in was quick, efficient and staff were lovely. Our room was ready early which was a bonus. Had lunch in Riva which was divine with big portions and not overpriced. Staff were very good and very friendly. Used the spa for ages and it was fantastic. Everything was amazing and so relaxing. Our room was beautiful, spacious with everything we could want. Balcony looked out at trees but we also had a partial view of the lake. Dinner in the Brasserie was gorgeous served by the lovely Andreea. Staff were so attentive and there was a lovely buzz. No wait for a table either despite being v busy. Breakfast in the Panorama restaurant was fantastic with amazing views of the lake. There was a hot and cold buffet and you could order from a very plentiful menu too. Lovely grounds for a walk if the weather was good. Garden kept immaculate. Loved our stay so much I’ve booked for later in the year. Can’t wait already.

My partner treated me to a one night stay here as we both have never been and always wondered about it. I must say that both of us were blown away with the level of service and the amazing food, the beautifully manicured gardens and the gorgeous views of the Kerry mountains and last but not least, the spa was just unbelievable! Will not be our last time hopefully but really gorgeous hotel and you really feel welcomed and relaxed after your stay!

The Europe is a fabulous hotel and well worth the drive. We booked back in January and then had to postpone until last week so there was a great sense of anticipation ahead of ur stay. We spent 2 nights here opting for a Deluxe Family Room with Lake View. The room was large and comfortable. The views across the lake were unbelievable. The ipad in the room didnt work and I had to give the batteries in the tv remote a little rattle to get rhem going. Also, the wifi wasnt great in the evening for whatever reason. The pool area was awesome especially the Vitality Pool and Thermal Suite. I could have stayed outside in the Vitality Pool (in the rain) all day and night - really cool! The spa was fully booked so we didnt get to experience that but thems the breaks! We ate in the Brasserie both evenings and really enjoyed the food. The menu comprises a good mix of options and the kids menu was great value for money. A little surprised to be charged €6 for a bottle of still water (times two) on the first night having not been offered tap water! Second night, tap water was offered. Breakfast in the Panorama restaurant was also class. Great selection of food on the self service and off the menu - so many options I didnt know what to choose! All absolutely lovely though. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel and always very helpful when required. Special note of thanks to the lady who looks after the Stables for taking great care of my kids when they took Sara the pony out for a couple of rides. In terms of value for money, the Europe wasnt bad overall but I would have expected higher standards in terms of the room facilities (ipad etc) & also cleanliness for what we paid. Thats not to say the resort is dirty rather we were surprised to find a selection of empty glasses stacked outside our room during the course of our stay.

Just absolutely a fabulous hotel. The location, amenities, pool, spa and staff are “ the best of the best.” Let me recognize, the fabulous Liz Murphy. My wife left two pieces of clothing behind and Liz took it upon herself to send it to a hotel we were planning on staying in Belfast. I offered to pay but Liz said , We’ll take care of it. The parcel arrived and my wife was super happy. The stay for us was priceless! Great job, Europe Hotel and great job , Liz.

A beautiful, tranquil setting , the spa is fantastic - facilities and therapies The concierge/Door man Padraig was exceptional, sadly the reception staff were not very helpful ( or polite) but Padraig helped us greatly to get sorted and organised on our arrival and departure. The breakfast was fantastic and the chef on the pass was so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting this area of Ireland.
