My wife and I spent a week in Ireland for our wedding anniversary. Killarney was, without a doubt, our favorite leg of this trip and this hotel was a major factor in that. Right away when we walked in and checked in with Maura it was absolutely delightful. We talked with her about our trip and she recommended some wonderful destinations and shows for us to check out. We had dinner at the hotel which was absolutely stunning. Turns out Maura had let the restaurant staff know about our anniversary and we were treated to a lovely desert and song from Noel, one of the wait staff. The room was immaculate with an amazing view of the Killarney mountains. We could not say enough good about this Hotel and will absolutely be back. We truly felt at home.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel is amazing and Maura is the best. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Maura, at the front desk, made us feel very special and she was very patient answering my husband’s questions. I am very happy I booked this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, peaceful, warm, welcoming and charming. The staff is extremely helpful, Maura in particular is a treasure. Clean rooms, real style throughout. Excellent restaraunt in the lobby, and help booking excursions. Well definitely be back.

Fabulous quaint hotel with highly personalized service. Outstanding referrals and recommendations for trips, drivers and more. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding dining experiences with exquisite menu options and excellent cuisine!

We toured Ireland for 12 days and this was my absolute favorite place we stayed. The room was beautiful, roomy, clean and comfortable. Loved the whirlpool tub, so wonderful to soak in a hot tub at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The staff is so great. Everyone helpful, nice and pleasant. Love the breakfast too. Great location. What a wonderful stay we had at The Victoria, I wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks to everyone there who made our stay special.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Maura at reception warmly greeted us upon arrival and never forgot out names during our stay! She was super helpful and gave us amazing recommendations on where to go and what to see on the rest of our trip - we were not disappointed! We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay in Killarney. Convenient location, very nice rooms, and the bed was super comfortable. The restaurant has great food. There is also bike rental place next door. You can rent bikes and ride through the national park.

Very nice luxury boutique hotel, conveniently located south of the town. Nice large rooms. Multiple seating/reading areas within hotel hallways/common areas. Great breakfast and dining. Highly recommended. Front desk & reservation team (Maura Lee) supremely helpful, helping us get a great room during a very busy weekend with a concert in town. Minor issues: In some rooms you occasionally smell cigarette smoke from people smoking outside hotel. Rooms facing back: have view on a trailer park. There was a delay/glitch in room cleaning the first day; did not get cleaned till after 4 pm.

This hotel is a quaint Hotel with really friendly staff. It was very clean and were very obliging in the bar, restaurant and reception. Lorraine in the restaurant was beyond helpful and tried her best to accommodate all our group. The chef was amazing and catered to all dietry needs. Will def stay here again.. thank you
