The conditions of Russian hotels are flawed. There is huge room for improvement. The hardware cannot keep up and the service is also arrogant. I don’t know if it is this hotel or the general nature. The facilities cannot keep up and the service is not attentive. Let’s just live there.

Останавливаемся часто в этом отеле, в номере чисто, есть вода, чай, кофе, тапки и прочее. Полотенца белые, не застиранные. Расположение удобное, в центре.

Отличное месторасположение. Всё рядом. Хорошие завтраки. Вежливый персонал. Номера чуть изношены. Особенно Ванные комнаты. В номере не фиксировался кран. Подтекала вода под перегородку в ванной. Цена завышена.

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в данной сети отелей , ранее много раз проживали в азимуте в Москве на смоленской , также в Хабаровске уже были в данном отеле . Что могу сказать : такое ощущение, что как у вербы это все было сделано , так и осталось , все становится обшарпанным, кровати жуть какие неудобные , брали номер с 2 кроватями , невозможно просто спать , я небольшой комплекции и ростом, просто не высыпалась на этой кровати , абсолютно никакого комфорта . Когда платишь за сутки 12.000 , то хочешь получить хотя бы комфорт от сна , возьмите в пример другие отели, в которых в двухместных номерах нормальные полноценные кровати . Отдельно хочу отметить с/у, напор воды слишком слабый , а также , как только заселились , сразу при входе еще заметили отвратительный запах в комнате и с/у, если не закрывать крышку унитаза , то туда зайти невозможно, воняет . Также , уборка , номера убираются плохо , доставили только воду , кровати толком не заправлены , как мы сами положили одеяла так и все . Накануне случайно разбила купленный мною стеклянный шарик , внутри которого блестки , так вот как я все собрала , так и осталось , не пропылесосили даже , вечером наткнулась на стекло . Единственное, что понравилось это завтраки в отеле и его расположение
