Very convenience to go to Khonkaen Hospital with reasonable price. One thing have to imprve is breakfast, not much choice to eat

Living here for three days, I feel very good.

These people are the *****************...******************...my wife had a 6 hour cancer operation to remove a tumor and my daughter was staying here and I extended the stay by 2 nights as the hospital said my wife wouldn't come home for a while but then changed their minds...so I cancelled....so I booked and cancelled within 15 minutes and these xxxxxxx wouldn't refund my money....well I've stayed there before because of its proximity to the hospital but will never use this hotel ever again.

Good Location, Good Parking

It's a good hotel, but it's a bit far to walk to 7-Eleven. The alley is narrow. There's not much parking in front of the hotel, but there's a wide parking lot, so you have to walk a bit. The room is okay, not too big or small, but the 2 beds are a bit cramped. The receptionist is nice. The breakfast is rice with curry, eggs, and coffee filters. It's a good value for money.

Comfortable accommodation, large bed, took the team to stay, everyone was happy, there is an elevator, the staff provided good service, near Khon Kaen Hospital, 7-Eleven and restaurants are not far away.

A female receptionist spoke to the guest in an unfriendly tone. We checked in during the hotel’s renovation and repainting period, and got a room on the top floor. The noise could be heard through to the room. When we checked out, we informed her that we could not rest at all because the noise was too loud, and she replied that the technician team would start working at 9:00 AM. We could only think to ourselves that the guest’s rest had nothing to do with the technician team coming to work. She did not even apologize. Just one time was enough. (But the other staff were lovely and very friendly to the guests.)

The room is not spacious, not very clean, the bathroom drains very slowly. The water overflows into the dry area. The receptionist is not very friendly. There isn't much breakfast. The elevator is narrow and stuck. The elevator door doesn't open. We need to help each other. Parking is limited, the alley is narrow, overall not impressive. I think I won't go back to stay again.
