Hotel was excellent with a great location. Rooms spacious and incredibly clean. Staff very helpful with lady on reception going out of her way to be very helpful (possibly named Lilu). Really couldn't fault anything about the stay. Spacious onsite parking also a big bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Killarney. It is right in the centre with free car parking. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotless ,the beds were so comfortable ,lovely bathrooms, quiet, cozy. We had continental breakfast..served by Grainne who was a gem... organized extra pastries for our mother. I wish I had the three receptionists names too because they were so professional and brilliant . Thank you all.. We will be back Theresa and Rob

When we arrived, Kelly was so sweet and had gone the extra mile to surprise us for our anniversary. She is the absolute best! The hotel is very clean and updated. I have zero complaints and look forward to returning one day. Also, the view from our room was stunning!

Extremely warm welcome upon arrival from the receptionists with a glass of Prosecco waiting. The room was gorgeous with flowers, chocolates and a welcoming card laid out. The staff Seamus in the bar and Katrin from breakfast were particularly friendly with the conversation flowing easily. The power shower gets an honourable mention. Many thanks, Sinéad and Colin.

We had a beautiful night at the Brook Loge! Lilu, the receptionist, greeted us in a very heartwarming manner and it was great to find out she spoke Spanish as well as it's my native language. She was super helpful and great with every detail. Totally recommend the hotel it was a very cozy and comfortable to spend the night in.

Fantastic location, very quiet with off road parking facilities behind. We got a glass of B Prosecco on arrival, served up by the wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing, served by a really nice lady. We stayed twice, as we liked it so much the first time we stayed at the beginning of our Ring of Kerry trip.

I stayed here with my sister and we were both so delighted that we chose Brook Lodge. We were suprised with prosecco on arrival, the receptionist was helpful, professional and so friendly. Our room was stunning, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was perfect, enough choice and the lady serving us was again, kind, friendly and professional. We will 100% stay again and I will be recommending Brook Lodge to my friends and family.

Had a wonderful stay in this most convenient Killarney Hotel. Facilities & parking were top-notch. Breakfast was lavish - wonderful buffet selection of cereals, fresh fruits, juices & breads, cold meats & cheese selection, supplementing the hot options from the kitchen (full-Irish, etc.) - served in a lovely bright restaurant room, overseen by a most attentive & friendly hostess. Night porter was similarly helpful & friendly. And, a special word of appreciation to Adriana on reception, who went way beyond the call of duty for us to sort out a payment issue we were having in trying to use a One4All card to settle our account. She pulled out all the stops for us to get things sorted. All in all, we were really impressed by the level of service we experienced. We'll be back!
