A jewel. The Royal Killarney Townhouse is nothing less than a jewel of hospitality. From the welcome at reception to the “safe travel” on departure it was a gem. The staff, decor, food and facilities were superb. A new standard in a well served town.

The location is great. The room was beautifully appointed and updated. The bar was nice and low key. Breakfast was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. Two small items for management. we weren't given any heads up that the exterior of the building was being painted. I applaud you for investing in the property but having painters being loud and banging cans at 815 am is a bit rude. Not to mention you need to make sure your curtains are drawn. How about extending a free drink or two per day to the patrons to offset this inconvenience. There was also a lot of small gnats/flies in the bar, restaurant and the rooms. to the point where staff could be seen trying to address the situation. something needs to be done. overall beautiful place and i do recommend it.

The hotel lobby is small and currently the outside is being renovated. The bar was closed due to repairs . The room was fine but there is no porter service . The detractors were the Wi-Fi (terrible) and the service in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for glass of wine. Staff disappears for long periods, Certainly not four stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Killarney Royal Hotel with a large group of adults and kids Rooms were clean and modern, spacious and dining was wonderful. Convenient location to all shops and bars. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, especially Aaron in the bar. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was so spacious, beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds, and very quiet! The coffee table surprised us with a sweet welcome note, a large carafe of water, and snacks. The breakfasts were a nice surprise as well. We were offered not only buffet options but also able to order items off their menu. Finally we loved the idea of using an actual (metal) key for our rooms, and leaving that key at the front desk every time we left the hotel to roam the beautiful town, etc. Very safe feature!. Thank you for such a memorable part of our wonderful journey.

This was our first stay at the Killarney Royal Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. A terrific breakfast and the staff could not be more helpful. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Killarney!

Fabulous! Clean! Super nice staff! Excellent room! Enjoyable bar. Delicious food. Restaurant perfectly placed. Lobby was a great place to meet, sit and enjoy the fireplace. Perfectly located! When I go back to Killarney I will stay at the Royal again. Thank you to all at the Royal. We had a wonderful experience and stay.
