A great place to stay. Excellent amenities and near to town. We rented a car for the 3 nights stay no we could easily move around. The restaurant was great and offered good food. We saw the northern lights for 2 nights just outside our hotel room.

Very nice! Really enjoyed the breakfast and the aurora spa. Good location to watch the aurora light.

The place was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect location to witness the northern lights.

An excellent hotel with excellent service. The restaurant offers delicious and delicate small dishes (tapas). You should miss the Aurora Spa with two hours of relaxing experience, facial and body scrubs, steam and sauna, indoor and outdoor pool in the snow.. Many tours offer free pick up from Camp Ripan and it should be easy for you to get on some tours.

The cabin is very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller. It has small kitchen, small dining table, a queen bed and a bunk beds, and private bathroom. The restaurant at camp Ripan provide a very nice and delicious food, healthy breakfast options. The staff were amazing especially to Sofiia who helped me with lunch and Reinis who served me during dinner. They are very kind, helpful and very pleasant. A trip to remember because of this place and especially the staff that I met. Very highly recommended place to stay for your Holiday in Kiruna.

Great accommodation chalet style, diff from the usual hotel. Situated conveniently in the old town which feels more cosy than the new town. Many tours have this hotel as a pickup point so it’s convenient.

camp 1st day can see aurora stay 3 nights extend 1 night but unfortunately snowy cloudy 2 nights can’t Aurora

Lovely hotel. Use the spa! About £25 pp but you have a coke Walter plunge pool outside and a jacuzzi at 37C. Bookable in 2 hour sessions from midday,2pm etc. Kids only midday and 2pm allowed. The shop had free sledges for guests to borrow. Try Ann’s the restaurant 5-7 mins walk. Pizza burgers and great Thai food. Very cheap. Free ice cream. We used Lapland sled dog adventures and went snowmobiling and husky sledding. The best business around. They love their dogs and a very small team run it who really look after you the guest and their animals. Breakfast is great at Camp Ripan as well.

It is away from the city, thus if you are here for the northern lights, this make it a good location. The spa is good and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

The hotel location is great, near a supermarket to get the necessity. Several activities can be booked in the hotel. Cold wears, gloves and boots are also available to rent in the hotel with reasonable price. Staffs are great and very helpful. Breakfast is standard with hot drinks. Plenty of parking is available.

It was quite far from the new city centre by bus, but walkable to the old centre. Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The spa was nice as well :))

Overall it was pretty good! The front desk lady was very helpful, the room was well heated, the bathroom was clean, and we also saw the Pearl Cloud in the old town! So lucky!

The check-in girl at the front desk was a mean girl. There were many rooms, but when we got to the corner of the room, there was a huge mosquito that looked like a spider. This scared us. Fortunately, another girl at the front desk helped us change the room.

The environment is very good, pristine, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and delicious. A good place to watch the aurora at night. I will come back to stay again in two days. A trustworthy hotel with a very high cost performance
