Regarding the guest‑information check: an overseas visitor unexpectedly came to our property looking for accommodation on that day. This was a first‑time occurrence since we opened, which led to a brief information‑verification process rather than mixed‑up guest records. Even so, we apologise for the trouble this caused you.The kettle plug in your room is simply a little tight; it functions perfectly well for other guests and is not broken. Nevertheless, we are sorry for the negative impression this created for you. It was indeed an oversight on our part that towels were not replaced during housekeeping. Thank you for your valuable feedback. Had you informed us of these issues during your stay, we could have resolved them immediately. That said, any unsatisfactory experience falls short of our service standards.We fully understand your expectations for thoughtful, personalised service. To clarify, our booking page clearly states that afternoon‑tea service is not included. However, Pu‑er tea, seasonal fruits and flower cakes are available for guests in the lobby at any time, where we have enjoyed many pleasant moments. Our complimentary breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 and has received positive praise from numerous visitors. We regret that you did not get the chance to sample it and hope you will be able to enjoy it on your next visit.Thank you for your honest and objective feedback, which is invaluable for us to improve our services.
