We booked two rooms under one credit card. Receptionist told that the manager canceled one of the room bcos there is no credit card information present for the room. They also mentioned that I paid the full amount but they cancelled one room and don't want to return the money. Instead they mentioned that the hotel has tie up with another hotel and they asked me to go there for the 2nd room or change both rooms there. Else you will lose the money and won't get any refund. Even if we say to return the money for one room since it is cancelled, receptionist said we won't do that. Money is with us. Either you go to another hotel or won't get money back. They are figuring out the families with kids and put us into a situation where we cant fight. I am thinking that they mentioned to me that the room is cancelled but oversold the room for higher price because of demand and made us go to their other junk hotel which is 0.3 miles away in the name of developer inn by Baymont. When someone booking 2 rooms, make sure you do with 2 different names or you will be the victim if the reservation falls on a weekend.

Newly renovated room, all brand new, with 2 comfortable queen beds, with white bed linen and towels, brand new bathroom, ironing board, microwave, coffee maker, minibar, air conditioning that kept the room nice and warm in the cold, the location of the Wonderful room with the car parked in front of the room, breakfast with plenty of variety, everything very hot and freshly made. Very friendly, attentive and courteous staff and they spoke Spanish too which helped a lot.

I loved it. They treated me wonderfully and my daughter recognized the hotel from a famous movie and they gave her a tour. They treated her very well and took pictures of her.

The hotel was recently renovated, with vinyl flooring and new furniture, which is very good for its category. Excellent breakfast, with bread, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, porridge, juice, coffee, and muffins. The breakfast area is small, unfortunately they don't allow you to take food to your room, but you can wait a little while to get a table. A negative point is the cleaning of the rooms. They didn't tell me at check-in that it was done every other day. I don't consider this a problem, but the problem was that on the cleaning days the floor was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay. The towels were changed, but they never left the correct amount for 4 people. They didn't replace shampoo/conditioner. On the first day after the cleaning, I went to the front desk to ask for a towel and shampoo, and to my surprise, they didn't have any. They gave me an extra face towel and two people had to dry themselves with the face towel. I asked for the next two cleaning services in the morning to clean the floor and replace the towels and amenities, as well as to replace the hair dryer that was missing. Hotel very well located, close to supermarkets, department stores, outlet shopping and amusement parks. The room cleaning service leaves something to be desired as it is only carried out twice a week. The water pressure in the shower is weak and as it is a room for 4 people, there could be more chairs inside the room to provide more support and support during any meals inside the room. The lighting in the room is poor, only a lamp. But none of this affected our stay, as we spent more time on the street than in the hotel. The breakfast included in the rate is great!
