"A great hotel! The owner is a very welcoming Chinese-Australian. The room is spacious with a balcony that offers fantastic views. It's not far from the city center and comes with a toilet, kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. A really good hotel overall."

"Eve's hotel was great in that the room and bed was comfortable and the private ensuite washroom was a bonus. One point tho would be to have the shower head holder fixture repaired so that the shower head would be fixed. But again this is just minor. The common kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The common living room area was nice but only I could not figure out how to watch TV or Stream on it. There also was a washer dryer which was a huge bonus . I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"1. The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location. 2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. 3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water. 4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it. 5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center."

"Among the many hotels in Vancouver, this one truly stood out. The location was fantastic, the price including breakfast was great, and the staff's kindness was simply amazing beyond words. Perhaps because it's a residence hotel, the room was incredibly spacious, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. It would be 100% satisfying for families or for longer stays. From now on, whenever I'm in Vancouver for business, I won't even consider other hotels; I'll book this one directly."
