My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Getting to the hotel from the airport by Skytrain was super convenient and quick. It's located right on the main street, with a large shopping mall nearby, and there's a taxi stand just downstairs. We arrived at 10 AM, and not only did they upgrade our room, but they also let us check in early so we could rest. The hotel has plenty of facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. What I particularly liked was that the shower head in the bathroom wasn't fixed, and the hairdryer was powerful enough for long hair. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Vancouver!

Guest UserOur family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

Guest UserThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance.
The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages.
All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful.
Overall experience we had here is very positive.

The service was excellent, and the location is super convenient. There are tons of coffee shops near downtown, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the SkyTrain, making it really easy to get to the airport.

The hotel is in the center of Yaletown, it is convenient to eat anywhere and there is a great location. The staff is super friendly and can respond to any needs immediately.
The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ~ Overall very good ~

We chose this hotel for our Rocky Mountaineer trip because it offered complimentary shuttle service. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible on foot, and there's even a Costco nearby. The room amenities were satisfactory, offering good value for money.

Michael K. L. NgThe hotel appears to be short handed on housekeepers as our room was not refreshed despite us hanging a sign to refresh when we left the room in the morning. Also, one other couple who was traveling with us was only able to check into their room in the evening as it took the hotel longer than expected to clean up the room after the previous guests checked out. At times, request for amenities were not answered and we had to make a repeated call to the front desk. Front desk staff took a long time to answer calls as well. It appears they are also short handed in that department.
