When traveling, my requirements for hotels are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This hotel made me feel incredibly warm and attentive in every detail, from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. "After a room upgrade, the room was spacious and comfortable, with new facilities, and it was clean and hygienic with cozy bedding. The hotel's location is excellent, with high floors offering views of Chaka Salt Lake. The service was attentive, and they provided oxygen machines for free to help with altitude sickness. However, they host too many tour groups. Although individual guests and groups are on separate floors, I was woken up around 11 PM by the sounds of guests checking into the rooms next door and upstairs. In the morning, the elevators were chaotic and crowded, making it difficult to get in. If they don't control the number of tour groups they host, these issues will likely remain unresolved."

"This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel – it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel – they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"Looking at the snowy mountains in the south, the east side is the salt lake scenic spot. The tea card in the Mid-Autumn Festival in April is snowing and you can see the white snowy mountains. The scenery is really beautiful. You can see the distribution center from the hotel window. The room is very large and comfortable. All in all, you have to trust it. It is worth staying."
