After all, I was happy that the hair dryer in the make-up area for women beside the hot spring was a repronizer and a refa. There was also a refa hair iron. The dryer in the room was also Saronia, so I felt that they were thinking about the service that women would like compared to ordinary inns and hotels. The mattresses and bedding are from premium brands, and even the restaurant uses WMF cutlery. These details show that the hotel isn't just focused on appearances; it's genuinely committed to perfecting its offerings. 3️⃣ Hospitality and Experience The overall operation demonstrates a sophisticated approach to hospitality. The hotel covers the taxi fare between the JR station and the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room is entirely complimentary. While these are small touches, they highlight the hotel's dedication to enhancing the guest experience. 4️⃣ Dining Experience Breakfast follows a refined Kaiseki-style with a French rhythm, served course by course, with the entire meal lasting nearly an hour. Nightly turndown service, the staff's consistent smiles, the omelet chef at breakfast proactively delivering dishes to our table, and the patient and detailed assistance from a Chinese-speaking front desk employee all made the entire stay incredibly warm and pleasant. 6️⃣ Location and View The hotel boasts a convenient location with an almost unobstructed, front-row ocean view. The most enjoyable moments were soaking in the private hot spring on the balcony, gazing out at the sea – truly a quintessential vacation feeling. Overall, this is a high-end hotel that strikes an excellent balance in design, service, views, and quality. The experience is almost flawless. "I stayed here on a family trip. It was not what I had imagined, and the hotel itself seemed to have been renovated from a love hotel during the bubble period, which was disappointing. There was no mention of any charges for check-in after 6pm. Also, breakfast was included, but I was surprised to find out that it was after 9pm, and they asked me if there was any problem with 9pm. I was on a trip and wanted to leave early to do some sightseeing, so I thought that was a response that did not take the customer's perspective into consideration. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. There was also a massage chair, which was nice."

I barely ran into any staff or other guests during check-in or throughout the hotel, which made it feel very quiet, almost a bit eerie due to the lack of people. I walked to the hotel from the shopping street, and it was a very steep hill. With the rain and my luggage, it was quite a struggle on foot. I'd recommend a taxi if you're not driving. It's very close to the station, so using a ride-sharing app makes getting around super smooth. Apparently, there are bugs in the summer. Personally, I was delighted that there was a ping-pong table. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance!"

Actual stay experience: The sanitary conditions are in line with the expectations of Japanese hotels and are quite clean. In terms of transportation, it is a bit inconvenient. It is not far from the station, but because of the characteristics of Atami as a mountain city, it is very inconvenient to drag suitcases in the hotel south of Atami. I was exhausted with two suitcases on the first day, especially when I was in a hurry. The facilities are indeed old, but it's just like that after getting used to it. The small TV is a problem, but moving the table over, it's not bad for the family to watch TV at night. It's a bit troublesome to make the bed yourself, but it's also fun, and it's relatively easy to put on the quilt. In terms of service, the money I needed to pay was calculated incorrectly at the beginning, and I spent a lot of time at the front desk, and the attitude of the aunt with glasses was not particularly friendly, which is a minus point. Hot springs are a big plus. Self-service free booking is very convenient. You can scan the QR code to see where there are vacancies and go directly. If it is a day-return hot spring, the booking is very expensive. Overall, it is a good stay experience. It is like the Japanese apartment in Japanese dramas. The space is also open, and there is a microwave and refrigerator. It is worth recommending."

"It's very good. The owner of the hotel is very kind. He personally took us to familiarize ourselves with the hotel facilities. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hot spring experience was also very good. You just have to calculate the bus time, otherwise you have to walk two kilometers from Yugawara Station to the hotel.
