2-Star Hotels in Atami

I only stayed 1 night but it was great, very nice mattress and great showers There was a bar and restaurant downstairs which was ok but a little expensive I recommend staying here

This hotel is famous for its fish cuisine Breakfast and dinner are great It's an old Japanese couple running a hot spring hotel. In the morning and evening, each hot spring will be comfortable. Eat hot Japanese cuisine after soaking in hot springs It feels like real Japanese. The hotel is following the work of grandparents. Passengers are called up early. But in fact, you can go to the hot springs early. So I don't think it's a disadvantage! Personally like this hotel. Grandpa has his own principles. Actually, people are very kind. But I don't know why the comments are very unfriendly 🤣

Facilities: Shared showers, bookshelves, a lounge, gas stove, and rice cooker. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Environment: Very nice, close to Atami tram station. Service: Excellent. We were supposed to check in at 6 PM, but they let us in earlier because it was cold outside. Economical and good value for money.

夕食も朝食もとても美味しかった お風呂も男女の入れ替えが食事中だったのでどちらも入れて良かった 仲居さんの対応も丁寧で良かった

とにかく部屋が広くて眺望がいいです。

First said that the room is very suitable for families. It is a homestay that grows in a hotel! Not a hotel! No staff reception, all on your own! The first time I went, I couldn't figure out how to get in and how to get there. The hotel should be half of the hotel, and the other half sold out. This hotel is very remote on the mountain. The S-bend circled up the mountain. The slope was a bit large. There was no street light. It was very dark. The hood on the mountain was hot. We arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening and when we asked how the hotel should check in, the hotel people told us that it was this building, but did not go through this door, there was a small door behind it. They couldn't check in and provide other services for us. What is even more strange is that the small door behind requires a password. The signal in the mountains is very poor and cannot be opened. I met the residents inside and told me the password. At the door of the room, I found that the password lock was bad. The phone is still voice, and there is a voice in Hong Kong. It's almost going to collapse. Later, according to the voice option, it finally turned to artificial. It was a Japanese man and began to confirm various identities. I paid for the room I booked on Trip. The other party did say that she showed that it was Lotte payment. Later, there is a list of names. Finally confirmed, she said that the door lock is broken, let us open the next door to the gate there is a small box with a password, tell us the password, after opening, there are 2 keys, you can open the door! At that time, the mood was really bad! I also questioned this platform! Because the order page does not show the homestay, according to the photo, it is not a homestay without service staff! And it is said that the display is booked through the Lotte platform, I have no Lotte at all. After we entered the room, we connected to Wi-Fi and saw the message sent in the mailbox that day. The password of a first floor iron door, and the electronic password lock of a room door was broken. We had to open the gate to find the password small box and the password of the small box. Really angry. Who goes out to play and has nothing to do with looking through the mailbox, why not call? If Japanese is not good, don't order this, there is an emergency like us, you can't figure it out at all. The room was very clean, that is, the quilt cover was too old and it was all pilling. The room is also very large, all kinds of utensils are complete, suitable for families.
