Great
KKWUSThe hotel environment is excellent, with sunny rooms and sea views. A self-service snack bar is available at check-in in the afternoon, offering alcoholic beverages, juices, tea, etc. You can even make your own ramen for late-night snacks, and breakfast includes a self-service grilled fish buffet; a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a public bath with Pola shower amenities; there's even a manga corner. The hotel is located halfway up a mountain. There's a shuttle bus, but it's infrequent. I recommend taking a taxi from Atami Station up the mountain; it's a 7-minute ride and costs approximately 680 yen. If you have light luggage, it's about a 12-minute walk, but the uphill path is a bit strenuous.

HHahuhehuhumaoThere were very few Chinese guests, mostly Japanese families on vacation. We were probably among the rare Chinese guests at this hotel. We chose the Horizon room type, which comes with two private onsen baths. They aren't huge, but they are impeccably clean. Dining was at Ocean, about a 15-minute walk away. The upside is that it's perfect for a leisurely stroll back to your room after dinner to digest your meal. Atami feels like a mini-Chongqing, with very genuine and friendly locals. I'd definitely visit again.

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

CCHENVery satisfied with a stay experience, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. All balconies face the sea and bring 𠕇 private hot spring baths. Our family of five booked three rooms on two websites. The hotel contacted us in advance to learn about the height of the guests (with suitable bathrobes) and eating habits, specially for the cooked food that is not eaten raw. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The menu for two days has changed. The fish has lobster, sweet shrimp and various local season fresh fish and salmon. The cows are also fried in place, suitable for your requirements! The rooms are modern and simple and combine the style of traditional Japanese-style hotels. We have two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style rooms, which are quite satisfactory to each other. Lounge on the eighth floor, facing the sea to taste cold, hot coffee and green tea, Japanese snacks and fruits, but also can be soaked in the feet from the balcony, you can get a good rest without the shop! The seventh floor has a good view and complete outdoor style... All the staff of the hotel are very warm, courteous and very professional! This is the most satisfying hotel for our family's vacation in Japan. We feel 100 points of the hotel and meet again next year!

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was quick and easy, with two staff members who spoke Chinese, so there were no language barrier issues. When checking in, they proactively asked about our preferred dinner time to avoid long waits due to too many guests dining at once. Since our room didn't have a private bathroom, we used the public male and female onsen baths downstairs, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. After dinner, you can reserve the karaoke or mahjong rooms at the front desk in advance and use them at your reserved time. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite delicious.

Rryuchi sakamotoThe hotel is located right in front of the sea, with a convenience store nearby and paid parking spaces. The price is very reasonable for the area. The hotel staff is very good. In fact, the highlight of this hotel is their private open-air bath, which is very comfortable. recommend

ZZuodeqifeijimaibuqichongdianbaoThis is clearly a huge resort hotel from the bubble era, and the price was more than double during the fireworks festival. I can't really give it a good review for that price. The cleanliness was less than ideal. There was hair on the tatami mats that hadn't been cleaned properly, and the futons in the closets didn't look very clean. I had to go to the front desk to get bedding and make my own bed. Also, their comforters had the inner core pressed onto a sheet (as shown in picture four; the brown part is the inner core), separated by a sheet underneath. This was uncomfortable and very easy for it to fall apart. And if the inner core isn't washed and changed every time, I can't imagine how dirty it would be. The facilities were very basic, just passable. The bathroom facilities were very old-fashioned. I wouldn't recommend soaking in the onsen (hot spring); it's just a few pools. It's a short walk to the fuua (hot spring bath) area. The shuttle bus was terrible. Theoretically, it's at platform A of Atami Station, but when I arrived at Atami Station ten minutes early, there was no bus and no staff. Other hotels had staff to organize things, but this hotel was left to its own devices. In the end, I had to queue for a taxi myself. ⚠️The hotel's luggage storage only lasts until 11:00 AM on the day of check-out. We bought tickets for the 3:30 PM Sapphire Dancer show, but storing our luggage and browsing around was impossible. In the end, we had to drag our luggage to Fuua and spend four hours there. The buffet dinner was pretty good, but the buffet breakfast was terrible, especially the hot food – there was so little of it and it was freezing cold by the time we finished. The service was alright, though; there were Chinese staff and Japanese staff who spoke a little Chinese who tried their best to help.

AAnonymous UserGood: 1. It’s close to station 2. The view from the rooftop is insanely beautiful (I’m sure you can get such a view from other hotels too though) 3. There’s a “living room” area for you to hang out with others but it seems to always be occupied by a group of people Bad: 1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie 2. They charge for everything lmao

RrptshaIt can be seen that there are hotels that are old, and the facilities are relatively old. Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries. Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We don’t know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 o’clock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes. After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building. Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock.
