"Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings.
Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English.
Buffet breakfast was nice. We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety. There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity.
Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel for travellers taking the coach from the airport/sapporo. The local bus to the train station also stops outside.
Onsen was a bit too hot for my liking but it was a nice size."
Direct access to Nisekos world-class ski slopes means guests at Hinode Hills can easily hit the powder just steps from their doorstep, enjoying seamless convenience and maximum time on the mountain.
"Overall, it was a good experience. I booked a two-bedroom suite, and for Niseko, the size and amenities offered excellent value for money. Most hotels in Japan have small rooms, so while villas and apartments might be larger, this size was just right for a smaller group. The only hassle was that if you don't book consecutive nights in advance, extending your stay means having to change rooms constantly. Unlike hotels in my home country, it's not as convenient to simply extend your stay in the same room, perhaps due to limited room availability. 😡"
