Ananya Lipe Resort ★★★★★
"The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the shoreline. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. While the overall experience was pleasant, the property itself feels quite dated, and the rooms and facilities would benefit from renovations and modern updates. With some refurbishment, this could be an excellent beachfront hotel."
The Cliff Lipe ★★★★
"The hotel is away from the walking street, nestled on a hill, so it's quite peaceful. However, there are a lot of monkeys around; they pop up occasionally and even snatch our fruits. But the sea view from the room is really nice."
Irene Resort Koh Lipe ★★★★★
"We loved our stay here in Irene! The view was amazing and the access to beach was easy for us. Although you may need to take the taxi to walking street because it is a distance to walk. Additionally, we did not swim in the pool (next to the restaurant) because we saw oil floating in the pool. Other than that, the service in Irene were top notch! Food was also great."
Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe ★★★★
"Stayed in June during the off-season, in a basic room type without a pool, for around 1000 RMB including breakfast for two. The breakfast for two deserves its own glowing review – it completely blew all the Sanya hotels out of the water! #HighValueForMoneyHotelRecommendation #OneStopResort #LuxuryHotelWorthSleepingIn #TopIslandResortChoice #HotelsWithAmazingViews I stayed for eight nights on the island, hopping between four hotels, including Eileen and Bulow Casa. Overall, this hotel offered the best value for money. This time, I stayed in Villa 1 at the Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. It's definitely a high-value hidden gem on the island! The room's location is incredible, right next to the famous cliffside restaurant. You can walk straight down to the restaurant area, and opening the window reveals an expansive, endless sea view – clear and calming. It's perfect for capturing atmospheric, cinematic sea views with ease. The hotel's most delightful surprise was the private balcony breakfast service, offering both privacy and a touch of ceremony. Staff would promptly collect the menu at 4 PM the day before, and the exquisite and hearty breakfast would be delivered to the balcony at the agreed time the next morning. The food quality is outstanding, ingredients are fresh, and enjoying breakfast with the sea breeze truly immerses you in a relaxed island holiday mode. The hotel also has its own secluded private beach. The sand is fine and soft, and there are very few tourists, making it incredibly peaceful – you get to enjoy the quiet seaside scenery all to yourself. The overall design is a pristine, ecological mountain garden, with lush greenery and a tranquil environment. Strolling through the grounds in the morning feels like being in a natural coastal park – uncrowded, quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. It's especially great for flying drones. The room facilities are generally of high quality. Being adjacent to the Ten Moons Lipe Resort, the living experience is excellent. The only minor flaw was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, the water temperature was slightly cool, and due to the island's water treatment, the shower water was a little salty. However, with the hot island climate, slightly cooler water wasn't an issue at all and didn't affect the stay. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high."
Akira Lipe Resort ★★★★
"This hotel is just 200 meters from Pattaya Beach Pier, a bit quieter than The Ananya. Walking Street is also very close if you walk along the beach. The breakfast was decent, and the Thai milk tea was delicious. The service was good too; they helped us with our luggage and took us to the boat, which seems to be standard for island hotels – something Koh Lipe does better than Koh Samet. We went during the low season, so the prices were cheaper, and there were fewer people. The pool was practically empty. You have to pay to use the hotel's kayaks, whereas the one at The Plantation was free for two days, though the kayaks there weren't as good as Akira's. The room was large and quiet, and the 2-meter bed was very comfortable. I recommend this place."
Mali Resort Sunrise Beach Koh Lipe ★★★★
"Located directly on Sunrise Beach, this spot is perfect for snorkeling. The crystal-clear waters offshore are vibrant with coral and plenty of small fish. The hotel even provides free life jackets and snorkel masks. Access to the walking street is also very convenient."
Anda Lipe Resort ★★★
"Great location, spacious rooms, a large pool, and a generous breakfast. The owner was also very welcoming."
Castaway Resort Koh Lipe ★★★
"The location is great in the middle of sunrise beach and easy to walk to walking street and main pier. The concept and vibes of resort are great love it. The service is quite not good compared to another small local resort in island. A lot of staffs in resort just sitting no service of picking up at pier, staff quite not have a good service mind, staffs language proficiency of Thai and English. They don’t understand what I try to order in Thai and English."
Bundhaya Villas ★★★★
"Visited Ko Lipe during low season. Hotel price is reasonable during low season but lack of staffs during low season. Hotel breakfast are great. Adults & kids enjoyed very much with the variety type of meals."

Idyllic Concept Resort
"During my stay in Thailand this was the best place where I stayed. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to us, the breakfast was very varied and what we loved the most was the happy hour 🍻. I hope to return one day"
Bundhaya Resort
"Right by the pier and super close to the night market street. Their mango juice is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant."
Aya Beach Resort Koh Lipe
"We had the most incredible stay at Aya beach It was complete paradise with very helpful ad friendly staff One of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed In my life I will never forget it. I could not recommend it high enough For the money you won’t get anywhere better for what it is on Koh lipe Pure bliss!"
Mountain Resort Koh Lipe
"I knew this hotel was old and its facilities outdated before coming, but I still booked it because the rooms were quite large. Well, turns out I was still shocked after arriving. **Facilities:** The hairdryer caught fire while I was using it – ever seen that happen? It just takes 30 seconds on hot air to ignite, and the whole room smelled burnt. The sink leaked right onto my feet, and the drain plug was broken, making it hard to wash clothes. Also, because it's a terraced building, the outdoor lights never turn off at night unless your neighbor specifically turns them off. The staff can't do anything about it, and generally, people don't bother to turn off that light. The curtains don't block out light at all, so the room was bright even with the curtains drawn, making it impossible to sleep for anyone who needs darkness. Complaining to the front desk did absolutely no good. **Hygiene:** The bedsheets, duvet covers, and bath towels were all frayed and worn out. **Environment:** There were centipedes everywhere, some over ten centimeters long. A big one even fell out when I was hanging clothes to dry. **Service:** They said there's a car shuttle to the pier, but after 12 PM, there's no service. If you have an afternoon boat, you have to pay for a tuk-tuk to the pier yourself. I will absolutely never book this hotel again."
San Pita
"Great location, very convenient for getting around. The beach is within walking distance."
Dong Talay Lipe Beach Resort
"The hotel is opposite beach and the room is quite clean. With swimming pool too."
Bulow Casa Grand View Resort
"Out of the four hotels I stayed at during my 9-day trip to Koh Lipe, this one was by far the best. None of them were cheap, but the worst service was definitely at the Aareen (the hotel next door). They have an 11 AM checkout and 2 PM check-in, so you have to just hang around and keep asking if your room is ready after 2 PM. Not at this hotel though – they had me checked in within 10 minutes of arrival! I had booked different room types for my two-day stay since the same room wasn't available, and they were super quick with the room change. I didn't have to wait until 2 PM; they just moved me right away. The food was also delicious here; I ate there for two days straight. After six days of eating on Walking Street, I just couldn't stomach it anymore. The food at the other hotels was particularly bad, but Casa's food not only had a great ambiance, but it was also the best I've ever tasted."
Good Mood Resort
"Dirty, doesn’t look the same as online, owner laughed at us when we told her the bed sheets were dirty! Cockroach’s in bathroom! Would NOT recommend!! Spend your money elsewhere! We ended up finding another hotel on the island to stay at! We stay at a lot of places we’ve booked online and never been as disappointed as we were when we rocked up to this one!"
Salisa Resort
"Service: The hotel offers pier transfers. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, life vests, fins, snorkels, and masks. Ambiance: Located right by the sea, dining offers direct ocean views. To the left is the 5-star diving shop, Diving Couple, and to the right is the hotel's massage parlor. The massage parlor is a two-story wooden cabin; getting a massage with the sea breeze is very comfortable and not hot. The prices are also cheaper than those on Walking Street. Next to that is the Wapi Hotel. Facilities: The rooms aren't very spacious, so a large suitcase might be a bit challenging to place. The facilities are a bit dated. We stayed in a garden view room (GV2), which was a stand-alone bungalow, but there were quite a few ants and mosquitoes. Every night before bed, I had to hunt for mosquitoes, though an electric mosquito swatter and mosquito repellent are provided. During our 9-day stay, we encountered one cockroach and one gecko in the bathroom, which I suspect came from a slightly broken light fixture. I'd suggest the hotel fix it. Cleanliness: Room cleaning is quite casual; they mainly just change towels and replenish bottled water. However, you can request housekeeping to change the bedding, and they will come and do so. Extra Notes: The hotel has two very cute dogs that will actively 'shake hands' and accompany you for walks along the beach in the evening. The hotel is also not far from 7-Eleven, about a 5-minute walk. However, the road in front of the hotel has potholes that collect water when it rains. The bedding is a tiny bit on the firm side. Breakfast is quite average, with little variation daily; it's enough to fill you up, but you can always buy food from 7-Eleven. Putting aside the facilities, insects, and room size, overall, it's still very good value for money."
Walking Street Hostel by New Wave - Adults Only
"It can be said that this youth hostel has no services, not even Wi-Fi. It seems that you just can’t live here. This kind of youth hostel can survive due to the scarcity of accommodation in Koh Lipe. I will never stay in a hostel like this when I go to Lipe Island next time. "
Lipe Power Beach Resort
"Good view and location but I found cockroach in the room"
Cabana Lipe Beach Resort
"Great view and waking up to the sunrise is amazing. I would definitely stay again!!"
Andaman Beach Resort by Zodiac
"Probably the best location beach wise on the whole island. Nice quiet beach, no boats and the snorkelling is fantastic off the beach. Great food and fantastic staff. Comfy bed and plenty of amentie"
Harmony Bed & Bakery
"A luxurious, affordable hotel in the heart of a small island. The room features a large balcony, modern fixtures, furniture, and a comfortable bed. Easy access to any beach, the beauty of which is simply breathtaking. Koh Lipe is a paradise, and this comfortable hotel makes your stay unforgettable. Very pleasant staff and excellent service!"
The Chic Lipe
"Absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. Daily delivery of water and breakfast was absolutely divine!! I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay and would stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!"
