This place is good and very near to the train station. The buffet is good but not so fantastic. Also same food selection for the whole stay hence a bit not so exciting but just nice to fill up the stomach.

Very easy access to Kobe station. Room is more spacious than most Japanese business hotels. And there are lots of amenities to rent out at lobby. Highly recommend.

Hotel location just next to JR Kobe. Excellent locations with good hotel service. The hotel room is a bit dark but it is clean.

It's a convenient hotel, about 3 minutes from Kobe Station, 2 stops from Sannomiya, and even to Mosaic. When I checked out, I was told that I could put my room key card in the beta, so I put in only one of the two, but the front desk contacted me later. I was told that one room key card costs 3,000 yen, which I thought was very expensive. Most hotels don't mind if you keep your room key card as a souvenir. Moreover, you can use a dummy key card on this hotel's room key holder. Why are they so stingy?

The room is not big, but it has all the necessary facilities. The trash cans that need to be emptied are placed at the door and replaced. You can get the toothbrushes and other items at the front desk. It is only 100 meters away from Kobe Railway Station, which is very convenient for travel. The supermarket is just downstairs. Very good hotel.
