It was a great experience. Near the station and it was quite cheap compared to other hotels.

The location are great and the breakfast also quite good. Services are excellent.

I used this hotel on my first solo trip from Fukuoka. I made a reservation online, and when I got the key, the room was on the 14th floor. The view was great. I forgot to buy something, but there was a Seven-Eleven right in front of me, so it was super convenient. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were well-cleaned and clean. The only disappointment was the carpet in the room. The pile had worn down and dulled over time, the dirt didn't come off, and there was dust around the walls and fittings that couldn't be removed with a vacuum cleaner. But it's not new (it opened about 30 years ago), so it's within reason. The hotel breakfast was Japanese and Western food, salad, fruit, dessert, and even coffee you could take home to your room, and everything was really delicious. It was a meal that gave me energy to start the day. The staff were wonderful. The shuttle bus staff helped me lift and lower my luggage, and the doorman was always standing at the entrance and talking to me with a smile. No matter which direction I approached from, the front desk staff always noticed me right away and came over to me and called out to me. The room cleaners collected the trash, made the beds so they wouldn't fall apart even after a night's sleep, cleaned the bathroom, and replenished the towels and amenities with surprising speed and perfect care. It's not a new hotel, but it's clean and beautiful. All the staff are wonderful. I made my first solo trip a good memory. If I have the chance to come to Kobe again, I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel is a little old, but the reception area is spacious and it's easy to meet up with family.

There was a free shuttle bus to Sannomiya, but it only ran once an hour, so I wish it ran at least once every 30 minutes. It was close to the Port Island line. I stayed here for a concert at Kobe World Memorial Hall. It was within walking distance from the hotel. It was hot, but not too bad. There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel.

I stayed here for business at the Kobe International Exhibition Center. It was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. The bathroom in the room was clean and I was able to relax in the bathtub, making for a comfortable stay. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there is a 7-Eleven right in front. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It's very close to the airport, there's a massage machine in the room, and there's a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel. I'd like to come back to this hotel again. Thank you.

This time I used it for a live performance at Kobe World Memorial Hall, so in that sense the location was good. However, it was difficult because there were few places to eat nearby. The attached images are the inside of the room and the morning view from the room window.

The breakfast is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the service facilities are okay. The only thing is that the room is small and it is difficult to open the suitcases.
