The hotel is a little dated but fine if you are visiting the island for a few days. The beach is nice and clean and every night the hotel has live music and a fire show. It is a good location and can walk to other restaurants nearby if you want. The reception is fine but always feel as if you are putting them out. Would probably try a different hotel if we’re to stay in Koh Chang again.

Review: During my stay at this resort, I was pleased with the cleanliness and its location in a relatively peaceful area on the island. However, I must mention that the quality of food offered at the resort did not meet my expectations. Fortunately, there were excellent dining options available just outside the resort, including the Mexican restaurant "Amigos" which stood out with its fantastic service and delicious cuisine. On the downside, the front desk service at the resort fell short of providing a satisfactory experience, improvements are needed in terms of food quality and front desk service.

We stayed with my husband in this beautiful hotel for a week in December 2023. To be honest, a week was not enough for us. We liked everything: the hotel staff, the excellent beach, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location of the hotel (there are cafes and shops nearby), the breakfasts are varied and very tasty. At breakfast, if desired, you can eat soup. Many thanks to the chef and all the staff of the hotel for making your stay at the hotel unforgettable!

The room is very big, there is still a lot of space for a sofa, the ceiling is very high, and the sense of space is very comfortable, but at noon when the weather is hot, the fan cannot completely cool the room, and it will bring down some hot air from time to time, which will affect the nap a little. The bathtub is very large, but the water coming out is yellow, so it is not suitable for bathing. The water of the shower faucet is small, and the shower is not strong enough. The TV in the room is LG, and you can watch TV games on your mobile phone or tablet. It is good. The basic facilities in the room are OK, but the linens are a bit old, especially the towels, which are a bit old and the edges are obviously frayed. The public area of ​​the hotel is quite large, with a water park in the north and a swimming pool in the south. The beach is close at hand. There are restaurants, water bars, and children's playgrounds. It is a first-class vacation. I stayed with my children for five days and stayed at home for five days.

I originally booked another high-end hotel, but they refused to confirm the reservation. It happened that this hotel had a promotion, but the check-in experience was far beyond expectations. The hotel covers a large area, with a coastline of at least 300 to 400 meters. The quality of the sea water and beach is similar to that of Yalong Bay in Sanya. The sea water is not deep, and it is only about 1.5 meters after 50 meters. Since the guest rooms are either bungalows or villas, there are only 73 rooms. There are very few people, and there are basically no Chinese. The basic room I booked is close to the road, but the sound insulation is pretty good, and it is less than 50 meters from the seaside. The disadvantage is that it can only be entered through the terrace door, so the privacy is slightly poor. I don’t know if it’s due to the dry season, but although there is a lot of greenery, there are basically no mosquitoes. The breakfast is very rich, including Chinese snacks such as siomai and steamed buns. The hotel is actually the same as the Paradise Mountain Hotel across the road, so it shares the beach and a free shared water park, which is suitable for bringing children. There are free beach fireworks shows on weekend nights. There is even Star Papa in the hotel, which is cheaper than in China, but still a bit more expensive than the hotel's own coffee, and there is also a Nestlé automatic coffee machine available for breakfast. Turn left after exiting the hotel and there is a lively small intersection 200 meters away. There is no shortage of small restaurants, 711, etc. There are BIG C and Lotus supermarkets about 2 kilometers further away. It is only 4 kilometers away from the white sand beach. It is said that the hotel has a free shuttle bus, but I did not confirm it.

We lived in a Bungalow, a very cozy and well-built house with all the necessary conditions for relaxation. The area is covered in trees and lined with pedestrian paths, making it very comfortable to move around within the area. I liked the pool with a bar. The beach is clean with white sand and palm trees, the only month of May is not a very good time of year for swimming in the sea, there is a strong low tide during the day and in the evening the tide is almost impossible to swim in the sea. There is a water park across the road, there is everything for children, excellent water slides. Breakfast is excellent, very large selection for every taste. The hotel staff is good-natured, there are no problems with the service. We definitely want to come back here again, but in the winter months, to enjoy the good sea.

Good breakfasts. We took a Deluxe villa, 20 meters to the sea, 10 meters to the pool, 30 meters to the bar. Not very comfortable pillows on the bed. You can use the paradise hill hotel's water park.

Superb resort! Very family atmosphere. Friendly beach with seaside swimming pool. Very clean first villa (almost new). Very nice seaside bar/restaurant at the right price (happy hour 🤩) A very very nice address on Koh Chang 👌.
