"This hotel is super photogenic! It's very close to the airport, I'd say about a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel is located on a hill, offering fantastic views of the sea, islands, and scattered fishing boats in the bay from the pool and restaurant. We had dinner at the hotel, but unfortunately, they were out of lobster the whole time, even though it was on the menu. The hotel was very nice and allowed us to extend our check-out by an hour. Our flight wasn't until after 5 PM, so we wanted to squeeze in a spa treatment, but the spa didn't open until 4 PM. I didn't give the room cleanliness 5 stars because the disposable slippers weren't sealed in plastic bags."

However, the service completely lags behind; check-in efficiency is incredibly low. For several hours during my stay, I observed almost all guests being made to stand around, waiting. I'm not sure why it would take the front desk up to ten minutes to process a single check-out or check-in."

"The hotel was great. Very comfortable stay. My complaints would be about the shower. The temperature is fixed, starting off very hot and then easing to a lukewarm. Adjusting the nozzle has no effect, so my showers were not so pleasant. Breakfast was good, but they were kind of skimpy on the sausage. Overall, I would stay there again. The staff was very kind and they were very helpful with sightseeing and renting scooters. 👍🏿"

"Slviva hotel - it was okay. The AC in the rooms work poorly. No life to the place - it felt dilapidated and run down. The customer service was poor - loads of workers standing around or on their phones instead of seeing to customers at the restaurant. Didn’t speak much English. Lots of mosquitos too at evening time. And the workers burn rubbish at night time and the fumes sweep into the restaurant which is not nice to breathe in. The sun loungers are old and bug infested. The rooms were clean though. I wasn’t sure which pools I had access to as there are villas on site too. Also couldn’t find anyone to ask if there were kayaks or snorkel equipment for hire. However, the lovely private beach is kept clean. The food menu is limited, not so tasty and overpriced. They do have 24 hour room service though. All in all, better going to Seaesta hostel which is cheaper, trendier and more vibrant!"

All I can say is that everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. They also have a restaurant with magnificent food and fabulous service. I had a really good stay."

We booked the yacht day trip through the hotel, and while it was more expensive than outside options, it was totally worth it for the safety and convenience. It included all entrance fees and was on the hotel's private yacht, with only ten people onboard. There was no rush at all, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience and the delicious food."

"Harbourmaster Suite with a beautiful terrace offering panoramic views of Labuan Bajo Bay. The room is large and comfortable, with an entrance hall and a very large bathroom with an outdoor shower. The hotel also has a swimming pool with sun loungers. Breakfast can be ordered in your room, including a fruit platter, pancakes, and local coffee. Cappuccino is an additional cost. Breakfast could be improved. Overall, it was a wonderful stay."

Very kind guys who did everything to please us and meet us: one of the few places where there is real attention to the customer.... this is what makes THE SERVICE quality! Indonesian style location, simple but with fantastic wood and the circular shaped restaurant with a super raised sofa is a real gem! Last but not least, the menu! Local foods but also open to the world with more international proposals... The chef knows his stuff!! Super thanks and compliments to the staff"
