Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.

MMatt CQThis hotel isat the top of a steep hill and has a very steep access which might be challenging for older guests.
The private rooms are nice, fair sized and clean. The A/C works well but the water pressure is weak so the shower is a bit feeble and flushing the toilet effectively is a challenge.
The restaurant is great and well priced with drink specials. The pool table can get a bit rowdy with the younger set in the evenings.
Great band plays twice a week.

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

GGuest UserIf you're scared of bugs, absolutely do NOT come here! I was at Katamaran for the first three days and wanted to switch to a place closer to the airport on the fourth day so I wouldn't have to rush for my flight. I found this hotel; it was very cheap and only a ten-minute walk to the airport, which was excellent and convenient. BUT! BUT! This hotel has 10 floors! And it has NO elevator! No elevator! My room was on the tenth floor and I had to physically climb all the way up! And then, from the moment you step foot into the hotel area, it's just covered in bugs! Black, multi-legged, long worms, like caterpillars but without the hair! There were dozens on every single stairwell! I was completely freaked out climbing the stairs, and the front desk said I couldn't cancel... I went outside and saw many families with kids! Seriously, do NOT choose this place! The kids would be terrified! There were so many bugs that I'm still getting goosebumps writing this review! If you're not afraid of bugs, then it's fine because it's very cheap, and the staff are very warm and enthusiastic. They helped me get rid of some bugs, but I was still scared because it was impossible to get rid of all of them. The 10th-floor suite I booked was genuinely cheap at 400 RMB. The room was huge, and the view was great, but I had to climb all the way up. I guess you get what you pay for. I won't be coming back to Komodo again; this was the most terrifying hotel stay I've ever had in Indonesia 🏨

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night. The hotel is undergoing renovations, rooms are being updated, and an extension is being built. For a budget hotel, it's not bad. The road to the hotel in the rain is terrible – large puddles and wet clay. I felt like the bed linens weren't fresh, as there were fresh stains and hairs.

IIvana888Such a cozy little room! The price was fair. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Komodo Island. The exterior has a unique charm, and the reception area really showcases Indonesian culture. The staff were all very polite, and the breakfast spot offers an amazing sea view. Even though the single room was small, the layout was well-designed and efficient. All in all, a great hotel! 👍

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

GGuest UserPlace looked like the pictures but was a bit more dirty in the corners of the room but otherwise no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is a bit far from the airport however only 10min walk to the harbour. There was also a prayer place right across the street so it got very loud at 2am

AAnonymous UserThe scenery of the hotel is so beautiful! The morning and evening are the most healing time. The room will be very hot during the day! The air conditioning is not good, but the service staff are very friendly and will solve any problems in time.
Disadvantages:

The car to the hotel can only be parked on the main road. You need to drag your suitcases along a muddy road of about 80 meters and about 150 steps. You need to be self-reliant the whole way. There are only two female service staffs with limited strength. We almost collapsed on the way to check in.

If you are afraid of animals, please choose carefully when sleeping at night! ! The toilet in the room we arranged is open-air. At night, we saw rats, centipedes, geckos and all kinds of insects.
There will be mosquitoes and geckos when you sleep at night! Please bring ointments and mosquito repellents!
