GGuest UserThe hotel is brand new, and everything has the meticulous detail of a five-star hotel. It's incredibly comfortable and offers excellent value for money. Here are a few highlights:
1) The staff are genuine and attentive, especially Claudia at the front desk – I absolutely adored her!
2) The location is superb; it's a 3-minute drive to the airport, so there's no stress about catching flights. You can even walk from the airport to the hotel in about 8 minutes (though they do offer free airport pickup). Since most activities there are day tours, the days can be tiring, but coming back to the hotel for a shower, dinner, and sleep was always so comfortable. It's quiet at night, and you can lie by the pool and stargaze.
3) Getting to the pier is usually handled by tour agencies. If you want to explore locally on your own, Grab motorbikes are convenient and cheap, getting you to major markets within 10 minutes.
4) They can book day tours for you, and the quality is very high.

GGuest UserThe floor around the toilet was quite dirty. However, the service response was relatively quick, and overall, the service experience felt better than at Ayana Bali. The unbeatable ocean view was stunning, and the hotel lobby on the hilltop offered expansive views. Both the bar and dining options were good. I found the breakfast to be just average, but at least the service was warm. My main disappointment was that all the activities I was interested in were fully booked, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy Ayana's rich offerings. Considering that, the value for money wasn't great.

Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. Tp scenery & interior design hotel mmg cantik sgt dah macam cerita Moana

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Ller photoHad a very good memory in labuan bajo . The hotel location is awesome, you can literally walk from the airport with only 10minutes. But just the road to the hotel is terrible, not friendly to those who are carrying suitcases.Hotel staff are all super friendly and welcoming especially Elfren. This hotel is affordable with all basic facilities. Luckily I always have my amenities cuz they dont provide. Aircond is ok , unlike other reviews said. Just the washroom will accumulate the water after shower due to initial construction might be imbalance so the water cannot goes to the drain after taking shower. But anyway, this hotel is a very good choice ! Would come again

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

GGuest UserA bit far from the city, but it has an excellent clean pool and a beautiful, well-maintained, albeit small, hotel grounds. The views are lovely. The bungalow itself is beautiful, and the internet is good. Delicious food and friendly staff. The only downside is that hot water only lasts for 3-4 minutes, then it's just regular temperature. We were so happy with our stay that we extended our initial 2 nights by another 2.

GGuest UserPlace looked like the pictures but was a bit more dirty in the corners of the room but otherwise no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is a bit far from the airport however only 10min walk to the harbour. There was also a prayer place right across the street so it got very loud at 2am

AAnonymous UserThe scenery of the hotel is so beautiful! The morning and evening are the most healing time. The room will be very hot during the day! The air conditioning is not good, but the service staff are very friendly and will solve any problems in time.
Disadvantages:

The car to the hotel can only be parked on the main road. You need to drag your suitcases along a muddy road of about 80 meters and about 150 steps. You need to be self-reliant the whole way. There are only two female service staffs with limited strength. We almost collapsed on the way to check in.

If you are afraid of animals, please choose carefully when sleeping at night! ! The toilet in the room we arranged is open-air. At night, we saw rats, centipedes, geckos and all kinds of insects.
There will be mosquitoes and geckos when you sleep at night! Please bring ointments and mosquito repellents!
