good accommodations, good service, friendly staff. all good

booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned, still had an unpleasant odor, and wasn’t flushed properly. Even the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. The housekeeping definitely needs improvement. On a positive note, the customer service was satisfactory, and the hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and markets. Despite the cleanliness issues, the hotel has a strategic location, good amenities, and ensures safety and privacy for its guests. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the cleanliness was a major drawback. I would rate it 3/5 based on my experience here.

We booked this accommodation for 4nights. Everything in general was ok. Location wise - near to airport (about 15~20mins depending on traffic) Environment of the building was so-so. quite dirty (trash was everywhere, i even see rats running) but opp was KK plaza (they have a supermarket which is good) There is convenience store just below the building. Reception lady was very nice when we checked in, she passed us the key and inform us to contact them via whatsapp if we need any assistance. It is a very hectic place as whenever it is check-in time/check-out time, people will flood the lobby area and especially the lift. You can take up to 10~ 20mins waiting for the lift. We picked the sea-view room and it was big and nice, superb view of the sea & island!! There is even a small balcony. Even thou there is no place for cooking..but there were bowls/cups/utensils for us to use. There is also a sink but we did not use much as it was choked since we checked in. We had a little trouble operating the heater shower, but the hosts were prompt to give us instructions on how to use it. Only flaw is the water is too low. Other than that, It was a comfortable stay overall.

Good service offer over WhatsApp, swiftly response to answer my queries. Providing clear guide on how to do self check in, and returning keys. The room is clean and well maintained, spacious. The only suggestion is why not providing WIFI, and the toilet ventilation can be improved, have no idea after toilet flushing, the sting smell stay. Overall is good, especially good guidance and response. Ty!

So far, for my one night stay, every aspect was excellent. The location of the hotel was strategic as I could go downstairs and roamed the mall, its also walking distance to Gaya Street. I was assigned to room 732. The furniture inside the room was functioning aside from the loud noise coming from the mini fridge, as I am a light sleeper, that bothers me a bit. The service is top notch, all the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was 5/5, they offer loads of variety 👍🏻. The only downside is that you need to wait awhile for the aircond to fully cool the room, around 15-20 minutes, I think they use central aircond from the lobby, but I'm not sure.

My to-go hostel if I'm in Kota Kinabalu Everything is perfect except the bathroom is a bit dark and small 😅 But fret not, bed and room are comfortable

Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean, and the facilities were decent. However, we were disappointed by the loud noise coming from other rooms at 3 AM, which disrupted our sleep. It would be great if the hotel could improve soundproofing or enforce quiet hours more strictly. Other than that, the experience was fine.

Book this room 2 days before so the price is reasonable. The place is quite far from Kota Kinabalu City. The room is ok to sleep. Same like picture. No private parking of course. Just hotel to sleep but at cheap price.
