Great place to stay, a bit noisy at night but manageable. Beautiful room. Noted some stains on the bedding and pillow. But otherwise everyone is friendly and helpful.

The location is great with many shops nearby, a university campus feel, and a very convenient food court right downstairs. However, the hotel elevators are quite slow and can only accommodate three people at a time. This isn't an issue if you're not in a hurry or prefer a more relaxed pace. The neighborhood is predominantly Malay, and sometimes there are motorcycles speeding around late at night. It's quite far from the city center, about 13km to Vivacity Mall, which can be inconvenient if you plan on frequent shopping trips. The road to the city center is also prone to heavy traffic. On the plus side, the staff are very friendly. While the key cards often malfunction, the staff are always eager to assist and resolve the issue promptly.

Near UNIMAS if you have to attend courses there but far from town. They have food and hypermarket around the hotel to get basic necessities.

Room is quite new, clean, spacious compared to other hotel similar room, good maintenance. Keep it up. One of the towels got a bit stain. But otherwise all items prepared good condition

Free parking on site available. There are restaurant and convenience store nearby. New hotel, good amenities. There was also a cute and unusual looking lift available. Not exactly near kuching city, but good location for kota samarahan.
