"Peaceful location, away from the noise and traffic of the city, yet close to the centre. Walkable distance from SM street, took me (a slow walker) 12 mins to SM Street and the beach is about a 5 min drive (in the mornings). Rooms are quite spacious and very clean with all imaginable amenities provided. Staff is super friendly and helpful. No in-house restaurant, a nearby restaurant delivers anytime, but in a city like Kozhikode, you should just go out and explore!! A decent buffet breakfast is served though, thoroughly enjoyed. If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay at an affordable price with no bells and whistles, look no further. Highly recommended...!!!"

"Because it was Ramadan, the restaurant was not fully operative. The driveway needs to be properly tarred. Guest have an issue walking up the loose gravel. The bathroom door auto closure needs to be adjusted to be softer. It is too firm for seniors and ladies to open the door."
