In shower drainage system not good water outside everywhere

20 minute walk from Ao Nang beach but Free shuttle 5 times a day! Lovely staff, good room and decent breakfast.

Need to walk for 10-15 mins to reach the main street of Ao Nang beach, but there is bus shuttle service from time to time, room is clean but the water pressure of the shower is very low, we were facing no water supply during our stay and it caused a lot of inconvenient to us although the hotel tried to get water supply from outside.

Hotel is tired and grungy. They site the fact that they are a Japanese brand- BUT I think the Japanese would be disgusted at the quality of service and cleanliness. We didn’t have hot water for 5 days and told the front desk every day…. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good service and clean hotel

Friendly staff, good location , water is supply out side of your room .  MAKE SURE TO BOOK THE RIGHT HOTEL, as ther are 2 or 3 with the same name!

We cannot find the towel in the room, but manage to get a towel from the lobby counter. They let us order food to eat at the counter when the kitchen is closed. Overall very friendly hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, greets you wherever they meet you. The amenities were good, however, you’d have to ask for them as they are not kept in the room. The location is fine, a bit of walking to the main street, but it’s okay as the street isn’t that busy. Overall, had an amazing stay in here, and would recommend anyone planning to visit Krabi stay here.

Locate a bit far from the street walk if you’re walking, unless Tuktuk then no issue. Very limited car park space.

The road from the main ***** to the hotel is a little dangerous on a night as there’s no paths but through the day the hotel put on shuttle buses to the beach and back which is really good. The rooms are clean, the aircon is good and the shower pressure is ok. Would stay again if I go back to ao nong. Highly recommended.

Hotel is a little far from the town but we don’t mind walking but there are no pavements so this is a little dangerous especially at night, hotel do provide a shuttle bus every couple of hours but this finishes at 7.30pm. Room was clean and tidy bed linen was fantastic best we have had so far,water dispensers on each level hallways,only down side the towels all frayed and threadbare only one towel each no hand towels Pool was well kept and a nice cool down after a big day out. Thank you

Amenities are provided for guests which is impressive!!! The pool is quite small, but practical .
