I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Overall, Oakwood Hotel is a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to compromise on quality. Highly recommended!

It was really great stay agian for us and as usuall great service specially from.ibrahim and manager breakfast was good but needs more vegetarian manu as i am vegetarian and I am sure more and more ppl r turning to vegetarian Overall great stay great service I will stay next trip here as well Thank you

The check in were smooth, the customer service team was very helpful. My family & I brought some luggages and the Miss at the counter offered us the trolley and her colleague from maintenance crew helped us to push the trolley to our room. This is our favorite stay whenever we are in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely worth every penny & will come back again in future. Room 208 & 207 was good, this time the air conditioning was ok☺️

Great Location, But Disappointing Stay I stayed at Hotel Stripes for 11 nights, and while the location was excellent—close to a train-monorail station, main attractions, and plenty of restaurants in a quiet area—the overall experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a 5-star hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, but they were not always available around the pool area and during breakfast service. The room was a major letdown. With no windows or balcony, limited natural light, and insufficient indoor lighting, it felt dark and claustrophobic. Additionally, the bedding, especially the pillows, didn’t feel clean and should be thoroughly washed or replaced. The WiFi connection was extremely poor throughout my stay, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The swimming pool area was unsafe and poorly managed. I witnessed a guest slip on wet stairs, dislocating his shoulder and requiring an ambulance. No staff were present during the incident, and the wet stairs made the area hazardous. The poolside bar was left unmanaged during day hours, and while there was a water dispenser, water glasses were often unavailable. Breakfast was another disappointment. The food options were very limited, and the quality was poor—not what you’d expect from a hotel with a 5-star rating. While the location and polite staff were positives, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. After 11 nights here, I can confidently say I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again.

We recently had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided seamless check-in. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions and recommendations. The room was clean and well-appointed. Housekeeping was attentive and respectful of our privacy. Overall, the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Everything is nice, the design, the room is clean, loving the breakfast too. It was delicious and got variety of foods. But it would be nice to have the pools separated between kids and adults like other hotels I've been to before. We came on weekend and the pool is packed with kids only and got no space to swim as usual. But other amenities are great. We had a nice stay overall. Thank you.

I only had time to write this review right now. After 3 months of reminding myself. This is how grateful I am to be accommodated by Grand Hyatt. Nothing more to mention about the great view and favourite breakfast venue by my significant other. Celebrated anniversary at Grand Hyatt and welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade to our surprise! In which we soaked in the biggest bathtub I’ve ever been in. I will certainly return and looking forward to pick Grand Hyatt for my future stays in Kuala Lumpur , living to its great location, hospitality and standard. Regards.

the place was nice and nice city view.. but got a tiny cockroach in the kitchen cabinet but its not a problem . no worries .. overall its a nice place and i used the wash machine too plus the kitchen✌🏻✌🏻 suprisingly when we enter the room the room was cold 🥶🥶🥶 Its Nice place to stay

Nice location ! Very near to petaling street and REXKL and even some of the shopping malls and tourist attraction. Walkung distance ! Will stay here again. However, for the bathroom, our drainage system for the shower is stuck. And the water pressure is not enough. Others are quite good.
