Location is strategic at Sri Hartamas and within the distance to restaurants, banks, shops and entertainment centres. Checking in and out was easy but waiting time could be a bit long as there's only one staff manning the counter. Room was large as it's a studio. Bed was comfortable with good water pressure and air-conditioning was good. Parking is complimentary. A comfortable stay which I shall return.

This is a newly built hotel. This time I stayed in it for 5 nights in Kuala Lumpur. Let me talk about the shortcomings first: It was past 12 o'clock that night when we stayed at the hotel. After we got off the bus in front of the hotel, a dark-skinned security guard (either Malay or Indian) came up and asked me who I was and what my name was. I was speechless at the time. We came all the way with our children and booked your hotel a month in advance. At least you let us go to the lobby and check in at the front desk. This is the minimum respect and service. Then when checking in at the front desk, the security guard kept using The questioning attitude and poor English made me feel very uncomfortable. Before, when I was in China, I called the hotel to confirm in English, indicating that we might arrive late. The front desk staff said that there was no problem at that time, so this made me feel uncomfortable. I'm very dissatisfied. In addition, the hotel is cleaned every two days. If you are staying with more than 3 people, it is recommended to think carefully because bed sheets, towels, etc. are not changed every day, which is not acceptable to us. Of course, the location is some distance from the city center. If you use Grab to travel, it is recommended to take a taxi 15-20 minutes in advance. Otherwise, you may wait for a long time or even not be able to get a taxi. The advantage is the environment and equipment. We booked a family suite. The room is well-equipped and the scenery is very good. There is an infinity swimming pool on the 8th floor. It is a good choice for family vacation. There are KK and 711 nearby, as well as many gourmet restaurants. Although it is not as prosperous as the city center, it is still relatively convenient and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. Finally, it is recommended that the hotel provide more training on the service attitude of lobby personnel, especially local security guards.

They cleaned it up every day. And the staff are all very friendly The facilities were very good and clean. The pool was beautiful and the elevator was fast.

The reason was that the tire blew up when we drove back to the hotel one night, and it was raining at the time. We didn’t know how to tell the difference, so we had to ask Toshiyan who was on duty at the front desk for help. He immediately helped without saying a word.
