Value for money. 5 mins walk to Bangsar LRT via a bridge linked to the hotel. Room is spacious and interior is modern. Parking is inside hotel building equipped with CCTV. Valet parking is available too. High quality breakfast!

A stylish and modern hotel. I went with my mom and had the twin bed room. Everything was fine. One hiccup was we saw a cockroach, I had to kill it otherwise we'll be thinking about it all night. Cleanliness is a huge consideration when it comes to hotel rooms for me... Other than that, everything was great, love their architecture and interior design. Beautiful view.

I had the most wonderful stay at Alila Bangsar, a true gem in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I walked into the sleek and modern lobby, I was captivated by the blend of contemporary design and warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff immediately made me feel at home with their welcoming smiles and efficient service.

Housekeeper Porsel or Parsel☺️ Sorry, i I don't remember his name exactly, but it's similar to this name. Thanks to one of these employees, I can give this hotel five stars. I didn't like the cleaning condition, but he did his best to clean it with all his heart and soul in front of me. Even without paying anything, he showed his sincerity. I wanted to give him anything, but I felt so sad i didn't have gift. So all I had to do was remember his name. I really want to reward him. He was the perfect employee. I really want the hotel manager to reward him

Love the space, free coffee & snacks on every floor. Convenient location to get to anywhere. Both hotel dining outlets are perfect.

One of the best place to stay near KL Sentral. The environment is calm and suitable for anyone who prefer quiet staycation. Nice room and shared spaces. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Alila Hotels and Resorts, which translates to "surprise" in Sanskrit, was established in May 2001.[2][3][4][5][6] The corporation was founded as part of a takeover of two then GHM-managed hotels in Bali, known as The Serai and The Chedi.[7] Following their separation from GHM, the first Alila hotel opened in Jakarta in 2001. Soon after, hotels in Manggis and Ubud also debuted.[8] The corporate headquarters were relocated from Bali to Singapore in 2004.[5] Alila established a relationship with Commune Hotels, the company behind Joie de Vivre, Thompson, and tommie, in May 2014.[9][10] Soon after, Commune bought 51% of Alila.[8][6] Following Commune's merger with Destination Hotels in 2016, the Alila and the other Commune-owned brands were incorporated under the then recently established holding company Two Roads Hospitality. Alila subsequently joined Hyatt in November 2018 as a result of the purchase of Two Roads Hospitality by the Hyatt Hotels Corporation.[11]

Highly recommend this hotel! It is so aesthetic and conveniently located. Major love the double vanity mirrors (perfect for girls’ trip) and the huge room! We stayed in a lot and enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. The snacks and coffee (beans were great) by the hallway were plus points as well!

Just perfect. Everything is on point, they even allow us late check out when i mentioned that it was for my ROM, and the receptionist service is remarkable. Everyone of them. I am quite a fussy person but the details from this hotel just above all my standard, from room cleanliness to design to service.

Enjoyed my stay with Alila. Hotel is conveniently located at Bangsar and the hotel has a link bridge to the LRT station. There were ample parking spaces as well (chargeable). Room was clean. Staff is very helpful as well. One minor inconvenience is the lift situation, where guest will need to take lift all the way to L41 then change another lift to go to our rooms. The lift was quite slow. Overall a great stay and will recommend.
