Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh. Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay. We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel. It was scrumptious. The breakfast was great too! Great thing about MO: 1. The location 2. The amazing service 3. The warm and inviting vibe from the staff 4. Great selection of food Not so great thing about MO: 1. So far none! Ps: we also got free welcome drinks at Marina @ 57 and a free ticket on the KLIA Express when booking via Trip.com. This was an absolute steal!

MO is my favorite hotel chain worldwide. I always feel home. The stay in KL was amazing, just near by the Petronas Towers.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is perfect - it's connected to the Petronas Twin Towers and has stunning views of the city. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in the heart of the city." 5/5 stars!

The guard at hotel not polite . The room was clean. The staffs at breakfast restaurant ask me twice . "Are you stay here?" The process refund deposit very slow until now my card card still pending and not refund.

It was a pleasant stay. Could have been better especially interms of the cleanliness.

First time staying in MO and understanding the reason why they get the amazing reputation that they have. It was such a memorable stay for me and every staff there are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are also incredibly comfortable. Would definitely be coming back soon!

Great service and hospitality especially crews from front desk, restaurant and gym. Wide choices of breakfast buffet abd well-maintained of gym equipments.
