was ok…bt a few facilities is not provide, iron have to rent/hourly thn have to take water from outside water dispenser. anyhow is balance with that rate.

Old budget hotel.. location is not good, a bit far from waterfront. Drinking water and coffee are not provided. Toilet no bidet, shower room too small. Not so many many restaurants, far from hotel. However got cafe beside hotel open in the morning, ice kacang restaurant next to hotel open afternoon and a restaurant in front of hotel open during night time. Convienence store next to building of hotel.

need to pay for iron without ironingboard!

Very satisfied staying at Laila inn, with a reasonable price, good cleanliness, I have stayed twice at Laila inn, it will be my favorite hotel every time I go to Kuching..

The employees were wonderful. I guess there wasn't much going on around the hotel. I was shocked to be charged an additional 10 myr, I don't think it was written anywhere.
