Good place to stay

Room was ok, location is good. Staffs are very helpful. The room has no aircond or fan, its quite hot in the late morning. Too close to the main road, you can hear vehicles passing by. Cannot see the mountain from the room balcony but you have to go out to the parking area to view the wonderful mountain. Breakfast choices were limited, no buffet, we love the char kue tiaw yumsss! Dont forget to drop by at Chill@1850 cafe, the road entrance is just apposite the hotel.

Overall satisfied but improvements can be made eg slippers at d verandah, coffetable at verandah, change d stool to a chair, make repairs to door latch. Toiletries to be improved for d price of d hotel which is quite expensive

Need to further improve on cleanlines

In fact, the mountain view room does not have a mountain view, which is disappointing. The service in the hotel was mediocre, and there was no indication of which room the room was in. As a result, I dragged my luggage around and found out that I wanted to stay in the new one. The food in the restaurant is better than expected, especially the breakfast

seriously not worth for the money we paid ... 1) NO MT KINABALU VIEW 2) THE ROOM WAS TOTALLY DAMAGE 3) CREEPY WITH LOTS IF SOUND AND NOISE 4) BED SHEET WAS TERRIBLE MY DAUGHTHER HAD RED MARK HER WHOLE BODY BREAKFAST WITH LIMITED MENU BUT NO SO BAD CLEANLINESS ZERO

Very well located for the golf course - hence choosing this hotel. However, for the price I paid (MYR 290), I was very disappointed in the overall service/facility. Rooms feel very tired and cold - this is not a boutique hotel. Balconies overlook road, which is on a hill - therefore cars are noisy. The courtyard had a mountain of rubbish bags in one corner. The breakfast is spartan - unless you pay for extras. I would advise the owners to tidy up the premise and improve customer service.

Stayed here for a night as part of working trip Rooms were very basic and honestly overpriced. There were no kettles, phone to reception, mini fridge and fan in the room. Not to mention that water pressure was really low! Although the weather is cold outside, the room felt very stuffy and warm at night without a fan and I had to open the door to let some air in. Views were nevertheless great - probably the only high side of the entire place. Would expect more from this place given the price tag. Lots of potential and hopefully we can see more improvements in the future!

Cozy place... ordered for 12 peoples, but mine they skipped... the waiter make some noise " i dont want tp give, ko bagi la...".. Ive ordered american breakfast.. and they gv us this.. small portion.. please hope that this is ok..

We loved this place. It was suitably located with a fantastic view of Mount Kinabalu and also the Kundasang Valley. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had a restaurant with a variety of Asian and Western food. The service was really good and the hotel staff are really friendly.
