Very nice hotel room. The receptionist even upgraded my room to one with an AC even though I had chosen one without. The room and bathroom are quite large, clean and offered a great view

The hotel is really good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. This is not the first time I have booked a hotel in the Ocean Shinkansen area, but I am really satisfied with this one. The room is bright and clean, with great lighting, very quiet, and highly recommended.

We returned to this hotel for the second time.
Hotel is located a two minute walk from the metro station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was large and bright. There are numerous mini markets and restaurants in the surrounding area. I advise.

The quilt cover in the room had dirt and blood stains. When we asked the staff to check, they said it had been washed and clean. However, as a hotel for guests, if it cannot be washed, shouldn't it be destroyed? Why let guests stay in someone else's dirty quilt? Only at our request did they change the quilt cover. The bathroom as a whole, especially the mirror, was not clean, as if it had not been wiped for a long time or was just wiped casually.
